The Den at Nita Lake Lodge

Enjoyed a great brunch for 6. Everyone agreed the dishes were all very good. Huge portions! Above all, our server was amazing at every turn. Highly recommend this place for brunch and the free parking is nice too.

Aaron took amazing care of us, going above and beyond to make our celebration special! His recs were spot on and his warmth, energy, and surprises made our night at Nita Lake Lodge unforgettable - and a place we definitely want to return to when we visit Whistler again. Huge thanks to Aaron, and the management at The Den for hiring such wonderful staff.

I really wanted the reviews to be wrong but the food for 4 of us came out cold after a 45min wait. They need to take a long look at how they operate as arguably they have one of the best locations in the area. I really hope they use the feedback to try and improve... our waitress was very understanding but the senior staff didnt seem to know what was going on and offered no apologies for the quality of the food or slowness of the kitchen. They need to sharpen up quick and learn from their mistakes...

Very slow service - over 40 minutes for a veggie burger. Served cold crumble. No discount given. Super disappointed on what had potential due to meatless Monday and a great view. Had to clear our own dishes and ask for water as waitress disappeared a lot. The lobby and den drink like febreeze!

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional, as always. Being lakeside makes the atmosphere perfect for date night ❤️
Their summer menu is to die for and their wine list is perfect for both my partner and I's very different preferences.
A must visit stop when we're in Whistler.

Service continues to be abhorrent. I don’t know if it’s that they are understaffed or under trained but you wait 20mins when you arrive to have anyone come to your table and than the service gets really slow. Drinks are slow, food is even slower and truly mediocre. It’s a shame because it’s one of the nicest properties in town with amazing views from the patio but it continues to disappoint. We got tricked into giving it another try as we had heard they brought in new management but it continues to be one of the worst places in whistler for service and food.

The location is amazing. That’s about it. Portion sizes are terrible and the prices are set as if it’s fine dining but putting flowers on dry and not very tasty food does not automatically grant that status. Sorry. Not a fan.

I went for dinner last night and enjoyed a beautiful view and scenery. The food was average; I had a salad and fish tacos. The French fries were too salty, so I couldn’t finish them. Overall, the server was very good, but this isn’t one of my favorite places in Whistler.

Sadly we’ve tried to eat here twice and both times we’ve been deeply disappointed. The first time they messed up each of our orders and the second time the portions were appetizer sized instead of a main meal size.
The view is fantastic and the staff is nice, but the kitchen and meal size leaves a lot to be desired. We won’t be back and we cannot recommend, certainly not at the prices they are charging.
