Everything was fantastic from the welcome to the last spoonful of dessert, when I return 2 years from now I will surely repeat. A great success! (everything is for soul and ciro)

Can't say enough about The Den. A crew of 20-somethings making a name for themselves in the Sea to Sky cullinary world. Great service, whisking dish after dish onto the table with enthusiasm and plenty of 'liner notes'. We had the shared tasting menu and it was way under-priced. I would have been happy paying $120 per.
The porcini mushroom/sunchoke soup was absolutely stunning, as was the presentation: whipped ricotta and pangrattato in the bottom of the bowl, with the soup decanted at our table. Such flavour.
The shrimp salad with sweet sicily served in a ricepaper 'dish' was delicately flavoured and delectable. 3 kinds of home-made ice cream (parmesan ice cream with strawberry sauce and basil was my favourite) and so much more to mention. Just go!

Lovely experience! In anticipation of their new 7 course tasting menu we got a chance to try some of the new dishes. The food was beautiful, great flavours and textures- using local ingredients and food from their own garden! service was extremely helpful too!

It was such a pleasant experience to share a delicious meal with our dog on the terrace. The service assisted us in making excellent choices, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to enjoy a dinner while admiring the stunning views

What a gastronomical experience last evening at The Den! The food was just spectacular. Great balance of sweet, salty acid and freshness. Airy milk buns very rich and soft. Presentation so delicate and service spot on.
We were so lucky to have been treated to the new upcoming menu by Chef Derek.

I had a breakfast Sunday morning, Tania was my server.
We had the choice between the buffet or à la carte. She didn’t push for the buffet and I appreciate that.
I choose the buffet (49$ with soft drinks), many choice and was good.

Everything was perfect. I don’t know if it’s the service that has changed. But the service I received was 5 star. Julieta, my server delivered the best service. She frequently asked me if I was doing well and offered some warm olives during I was waiting for my food. And the food I had was the best I ever had. Bravo, the Den.

Location is absolutely beautiful. Interior must have been through a rough season as we noticed many broken fixtures and lighting. No coat/hat rack, so our coats and hats sat off the dirty floor. We went for the tasting menu as it came highly suggested by the server. It started out fantastic, but slowly declined with each course resulting in a few full plates being cleared. We are absolutely people who like to explore different foods, but some of the textures just made us question the sourcing or if we just got a bad piece. I've absolutely love any Salmon, but something was going on texturally that made it less desirable. The menu when I made the reservation seemed different from what I remembered, so maybe it was in the early phase of their 'Research and Development Tasting Menu', which may see improvements. We were seated close to the kitchen and quickly noticed the Chef was crazy rude to the servers and needed to take a chill pill. Serving staff did a fantastic job. Kitchen needs some guidance. We were quite hungry after, so we went to the Village and found some great eats to satisfy our cravings.
Amazing culinary experience tonight on the shores of Nita Lake! We did the tasting menu that gave us a taste of EVERYTHING on the menu and it was so much fun. Dinner took two and a half hours with five courses and a delightful server. Top picks from all of us: Beef Tartare, Charcoal Roasted Eggplant with Baba Ganoush, Short Rib Gnocchi, Beef Tongue, Dry-aged Striploin, Peach Mint Ice cream and I also enjoyed the Pickled Red Currant Sorbet!
Victoria our server made the the nite! It was a bit hectic because Netflix was filming a movie and there was a limited bar situation and wine selection. Victoria was so wonderful and on it and even comped us a glass of wine for all the hassle!
