Bonne bouffe! Un peu long pour se faire servir un verre de vin par contre, mais excellent service en général. Bonnes portions. Les drinks et les vins au verre sont très chers, surtout pour des vins de CB.

We went as a family of 6 for the last night of our holiday. I ordered a medium well done steak and it came raw. The waitress said we will cook it for another 1 minute, I explained that it would take at least 10mins and everyone would have finished by then. She said it won’t I’ve seen our chef cook!!! I’ll bring you an empty plate and you can eat the sides!!The gin soup was amazing and one waitress who cooked the soup was lovely, however the other wasn’t.

Food was solid - for a group of four guys we got the Tomahawk and the Seafood Tower with a couple of sides and that worked about right. Service was exceptional - Paul was very attentive, made it right when something went wrong, and was generally just a fun person to have as our server for the night.

Being in this beautiful space in the back room, surrounded by wine and next to the warm fire ? sets the tone here for an amazing dinner. Our meal started with a delicious and boldly flavored table side tomato soup with gin, bacon ?, mushrooms ?.The we had a 20 oz bone in ribeye medium rare with a house made steak ? sauce and honey glazed carrots ? with pumpkin seeds ??And finally a deconstructed carrot cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.Wow! Amazing meal!

Adam outdid himself creating an excellent experience for us. It’s pricey for sure but they do take good care of you and the food is great. The sticky toffee pudding is incredible!!

Sophisticated yet relaxed ambience. Pleasing choice of local and sustainably sourced ingredients. Beautifully prepared and presented food which is worth every penny. Fantastic wine list. Very knowledgeable staff giving attentive, reassuring and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Food was very good. Took an absolute age to get served as the kitchen messed up the order. The waiter was great and they reduced the bill appropriately. However, it took over an hour to get any food at all and the entire meal took three hours for five people without dessert. It sort of ruined the occasion. I've eaten here before and had a great experience previously and it felt like it may have been a one off.

The grill room has a great menu. Really enoyed the wide selection of different meats and seafood. Had a little bit of everything and enjoyed the presentation, quality, and taste. The service was really good both visits. Will be back again.

Outstanding! Thank you Maddie for your attentive service along with your fabulous food and wine recommendations. The Tomato Soup, lamb and duck were beautiful choices, topped off with the selection of North American corivin wine choices. Thank you!

Food took a considerable amount of time to receive. When served the steaks were cold and not cooked to specifications. The sides were hot so assume they waited to serve steaks until sides were ready.

Stayed at the hotel and had dinner there a few years ago. Was wonderful to come back and visit again. Always a good night to have dinner there. Food is awesome Services impeccable.

The grill room scores high for food and service. However it is the rear side of Wildflower restaurant so the noise from that more family oriented restaurant spills into the Grill. There are shutters that provide a partial visual barrier but it has a moderate noise level.

From our bartender in Mallard to our server in Grill room to the ride home nothing but 1st class. If you want to experience customer service at its best go to the Fairmont Whistler
