Tried going there for dinner … right now … at 8pm …. And your kitchen is closed even though you don’t close until at least 9pm? Wow …
Great meal and nice atmosphere.
We had the Brussel Sprouts, cauliflower and butter chicken and all 3 were excellent. The Black Forest cake porter was excellent 👌
It's a typical Brewhouse. Food is good but nothing fantastic. I had the fish amd chips and it was fine. My wife had the pizza and she enjoyed it.
The service is great.
Service is ok, food is ok, beer is ok and price is high. Went here only because our grandson loves trains. Would go back for a happy hour beer, maybe.
House IPA was excellent. Butter chicken was the best restaurant meal I’ve had in weeks. But the shining star was our server Glen. Funny, helpful and cordial. There was a significant mistake on my bill in the restaurants favor that I didn’t notice and left the restaurant. Glen chased me down, brought me back to the restaurant and corrected the error. Also gave me a free IPA while I waited:)
We had an excellent experience! The service was outstanding - thanks to Glen, our late night dinner was amazing. Great beer and food will come again
Enjoyed our first visit with flight of 8 beers and light meal. Popped in for a drink the following day at 4.30 but walked out. For drinks we were not allowed to sit where we liked (saved for diners but area almost empty and we wanted 30 mins). Perched on high table squashed near bar.
Loved the Gochujang cauliflower and the coconut red thai mussels
Great place to get a drink or two. I’ve never been enticed to get food from here as it doesn’t scream good food. Service was standard Whistler service, which is good but nothing special.
First of all, everybody here knows what island time is. Get ready to experience mountain time. It’s good for you. Embrace it. Phenomenal scene great patio, friendly, helpful attentive staff. Beers are good. The Alta is really quite good. Hazy - looked good but kinda uh. And then the curry chips are game on.everyone said - must have.

Nice place, good variety of beers, the staff is very nice. Highly recommended!!!
Unexpectedly nice tuna tacos, chill atmosphere.
only location makes it worth it. foods whatever but prices understandable due to location but at least food should be exquisite to match the exorbitant price. 28 for poutine for example. crazy
One of my go to Whistler spots for great food, beer service and value. Specifically I love the rotisserie chicken (just remember to ask for the gravy on the side) Let’s face it, the whole point of rotisserie chicken is the succulent wood fired flavour of the skin. John and Reagan are maestros behind the bar, so my favourite option is to sit in the bar area, have a couple Lucky Lagers and banter with the boys while going hands on with a half chicken.
BTW the half chicken is plenty big enough to share when it’s date night:)
BTW I am from Montreal and grew up eating Chalet BBQ.(if you know, you know) this chicken is on par. Sides include grilled Brussel sprouts (amazing), fries or mash potatoes (awesome) and peppercorn sauce (hmmm where do I start).
Peppercorn sauce has no business rubbing shoulders with rotisserie chicken. This is my one issue with what would otherwise qualify as a Chalet BBQ like chicken experience.
Bottomline: Best chicken on the west coast, extensive tasty beer selection, friendly and attentive staff., Order the peppercorn on the side:)
ps I’ve
Really overpriced, small portions of improperly cooked food. We do not recommend that you get the salmon or the steak. The beer was not impressive either.
