I had the misfortune of dining there in October during the Tom Thompsom Exhibit and it was the worst dining experience I ever had. We four seniors were verbally and physically abused by these two extently violent servers who purposefully tainted our food. Auschwitz probably served better food. Stay away.
If you enjoy good food, please don’t go here. Hopefully this review will save people from buying their obscenely overpriced menu. $16 for french fries $32 for a terrible pizza $59 for ribs and $28 for a bowl of soup. Insane! And it’s a pub! Maybe if it was good they could kinda justify it, but it really really isn’t good. Classic tourist trap. Unbelievably overpriced and very low quality food. Nice atmosphere though :-)
Me and my Mom came here for a later dinner. Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. Great portion sizes and even better taste. Will be back!
After a day on the slopes, came in and had their flight along with curry chips. Chips were delicious and the beers were good too! The kids option was pretty typical which was a little letdown because the adult menu had some great options. Food was cooked delicious and came out really quickly. Not really sure what was in the curry, but it hit all the right spots. Will be going again!
Great soup. Great beer. Also, Charles is the bomb dot com. 11/10.
A day trip to Whistler. The third leg of the local beer journey is a craft beer restaurant in Whistler.
I really wanted to eat mussels and potatoes, but they didn't have them today, so I had tuna tacos.
Of course, I will fly! ! The set with 4 beers to choose from is a basic lager. There are four recommended by the staff: Japanese (why did I, a Japanese person, choose this?), Brown, and Ale.
I guess the charm of lager was lacking. I like ale, and it feels close to pre-mol.
Delicious food, attentive service, cozy atmosphere - I like the train and all the wood inside. I wasn't made aware that the garlic fries were an additional charge. Overall, expensive place to dine but worth it!
Every time we’re in Whistler we stop here. We love the pizza and the little train and the whole vibe with fireplaces.
I am not a big fans of fries but I finished the garlic cheese fries
Service and drinks were good but their $50 New York Steak that four members of our party ordered came cold, pre sliced, and grey between the slices. It was obviously pre cooked and then reheated. Nobody could finish it.

Our food and server/hostess were great. Management had to step in to deal with some loud(obnoxious) guests beside us. They handled it with class and I felt for the poor woman who was being yelled at because they didn't have the correct pff-season game of hockey on the TV.
It's hard to hear all that and leave a review that isn't centered on that event.
I had their on-special chicken burger with fries. I figured it would be pretty plain-Jane with it being on special. I was wrong, and it was full of flavour. Bun was soft but crisp and the fries were spot on.
It's genuinely a great place to grab a bite and some beers/cocktails/wine.
To any of the folks saying it's expensive, you might need to read the room. For a main stay local sit-down restaurant the prices are very competitive. Had a burger, fries, and beer for $30. In Whistler, that's cheap.
Pricey beer
Almost CAD60 for 4 pints including tax and tips.
My meal was very good fettuccine was awesome. My wife’s meal not so much fish and chips was a bit salty and what the claimed was tartar sauce was in fact ranch. Waiter took it away claimed he tested it with a spoon and it was tartar. BS. Took leftovers to go and they actually sent with us a new dip which was in fact tartar. Disappointing!
Great spot to sip a glass of wine! Great music: The Cure, The Smiths, Joy division... The staff was charming. A+
Good food, awesome atmosphere, and very friendly service.
