The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Whistler

Keg is always our go-to-place whenever we are in Whistler for our annual Marriage Retreat. Never disappoints, always great value, great food, service and ambience. I rate them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was phenomenal. There was an issue with one thing we ordered and they handled it really well. The scallops and bacon were amazing. The steaks were good, great taste to the meat. I would have liked more seasoning to the steaks but I will remember that for next time.

It was our wedding anniversary and we were really looking forward to the Billy Miner Pie, and they did not have any.

The staff here are all wonderful; very welcoming, kind and know the menu well. The atmosphere is just like any other Keg, but nestled in the heart of the Whistler Village.

Love the whistler Keg, service is always good and the food is amazing. Our waiter was friendly and polite and had a great energy. Will be back again

Amazing experience! Service and food were both outstanding. Tables are not the most private... but still wonderful.

We were celebrating a birthday this evening. Food was great, but was a little disappointed with the service. Our server never checked how our food was and if our steaks were cooked to our liking. I know from experience at The Keg in Winnipeg, birthday celebrants get a complimentary cake, we also didn't get this. While the food was great, the overall experience wasn't that good.

Been going to The Keg in Whistler, for many years. Generally always good experience and food. I am hopeful this was a one off this time but as we were starting to finish up our meals, and as it was becoming quieter in the evening, we started to notice something, then more and more. Mice, many mice running all over the restaurant floor. We alerted our server to the mice, he apologies and let his manager know. as we finished our meal more mice were coming up to our feet at this point and we went and stood in the waiting area to pay. The Manager met us, apologies and offered a minimal discount. We were given the impression this was an ongoing problem, however I can not confirm that. With tables set for the next day and mice running around through the night I would not be comfortable knowing that these tables may not go un touched till the next guest are seated at them. For a nearly 400 dollar bill I would hope to not see mice running around. We all left with a very uneasy feeling in our stomachs, not from the food, but what have been running around on or near it.

Food and service were excellent. Very easy to substitute for alternative side dishes, excellent desserts. Only criticism is the restaurant aesthetic is a little bit dated. However, would still recommend to friends and family

It was a very special birthday night. Fantastic food and the downstairs was energetic with the World Series playoffs!

Wonderful atmosphere, food was perfect, service was top notch. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you for having us.

Worst meal of our entire vacation! The food arrived 45 mins after ordering. The salad we ordered with ranch dressing was inedible. How they found the nastiest ranch dressing I'll never know. It was like they mixed mayo and milk together. My husband, who usually eats everything, chucked the plate to the far side of the table, after only one bite. Our waiter took it away without asking why we didn't eat it. He knew. Then there was the Thanksgiving meal. For $60 I recieved rewarmed dry Turkey scraps that looked like dog food. So, gross. Sure, we could have said something, they might even have taken the meal off the bill, but we were exhausted and wanted out of that noisy place after an hour and a half.

We went to the Keg for Thanksgiving dinner which was a three course special on the weekend for salad, turkey with the usual fixings and desert. This had the potential to be a good meal but it came out luke warm. I should have asked for a reheat but too hungry. Should have stayed with what the Keg does best, Steaks

Fantastic experience great food and amazing service from Josh. Josh made us feel like we were his only table making our anniversary celebration even more special!
