Our server Sam was amazing and made our birthday dining experience fabulous 🥳🥂 The food was incredible and their feature menu was delicious and such a great deal $$
The food - prime rib - was good, as it always is at The Keg, but it was so loud in the restaurant we could barely talk. They have jammed so many tables in there it's hard to find a spot where it's not much too loud, and it was really stuffy. Even though the food was good, we didn't enjoy our dinner much at all and got out of there as quickly as we could.
Ordered a Keg Classic 8oz sirloin. The cut had a bit of fat. Usually that doesn't happen here. It basically came a 6oz as I couldn't eat that end. The garlic mash had no garlic whatsoever. Not flavourful at all. We were raving about it to our out of town guests at our table and that was also a disappointment.
We were seated in a line of tables together with our 5 pm reservation not as private as we would have liked. The food was pretty good but the Keg size rye and cokes were premixed and not as good as we have come to expect from Kegs. there was no salt on the table and 2 peppers .Our server fixed that while looking after her 4 tables. All in all an okay experience.
We went for our anniversary, the service was very poor , we could not find our server half the time. I order medium well steak, it came blue, I asked them to make me a medium well steak, they took my old steak and burnt it to a crisp, our food took over 90 minutes to get to our table. All in all a horrible experience for $250.
Steak was a thick cut and undercooked. We did not order “baseball” steaks. The cuts should be thinner in order to properly cook to medium rare. Overall, ambiance and service were good. Kitchen seemed to be backed up, so food was slow to come out, but it was a busy night.
Went out for anniversary dinner, had the prime rib with mushroom rice. Prime rib was cold, flavorless, the rice was so mushy and clumpy and this entree was $60! Embarrassing. Blackened chicken entree was the only saving grace.
food and service is amazing.
bathrooms have no locks on any doors, and ceiling looks like it has mould...for a restaurant with a good reputation it's pretty surprising to see!

In Whistler Village. We were very happy with the service and the food quality. Everything we ordered (except the fried calamari) was tasty. The steaks were grilled to perfection, so tender and juicy.

I've been here a few times and each time it underwhelms, in comparison with the Keg in Maple Ridge, which is amazing.
Cold food. Gross bathrooms. I dunno.
