This is the third time we've eaten at the Keg in Whistler in the last 4 or 5 years. The first time was excellent. The second time, 2 of our 3 steaks were underdone (one was so rare it had to be sent back to the kitchen). Last night was our third try and all 3 of our steaks were underdone. I ordered medium and most of the steak was purple, it was so rare. My son's was burnt on the outside and very rare on the inside. We will try a different place next time.

Our server was outstanding. Brandan was very attentive and had great humour. He went out of his way to make our dinner celebration amazing.

Nichts besonderes, alles Durchschnitt, Service so olala, Essen okay, aber zu teuer. Grossräumig, aber sehr kalt durch Klimaanlage. Relativ laut. Das geht besser.

What made it wonderful was our waiter and the guy who brought me up on the elevator Jan! Food was very good!

From entering the restaurant to leaving it was excellent!! We were greeted and wished a Happy Anniversary. All staff acknowledged us with the greeting. Our server was attentive and very pleasant! Awesome server!!! Food was amazing! We had the calamari appy.... Tasted really good and there was plenty of it!! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The celebratory cheesecake was delicious!! A wonderful way to spend our 39th Anniversary!!!

Thank you for being so accommodating to my allergies! My sister and I loved our dinners and her favorite dessert Billy Miner Pie! Sam was an amazing server, so friendly and kind as well as the Manager, so awesome he came out to confirm my allergies and meal! Thank you for taking such good care of us and our meals! Look forward to another visit in the future 🥰

Our server Sam was amazing and made our birthday dining experience fabulous 🥳🥂 The food was incredible and their feature menu was delicious and such a great deal $$

Opentable Diner

The food - prime rib - was good, as it always is at The Keg, but it was so loud in the restaurant we could barely talk. They have jammed so many tables in there it's hard to find a spot where it's not much too loud, and it was really stuffy. Even though the food was good, we didn't enjoy our dinner much at all and got out of there as quickly as we could.

Ordered a Keg Classic 8oz sirloin. The cut had a bit of fat. Usually that doesn't happen here. It basically came a 6oz as I couldn't eat that end. The garlic mash had no garlic whatsoever. Not flavourful at all. We were raving about it to our out of town guests at our table and that was also a disappointment.

We were seated in a line of tables together with our 5 pm reservation not as private as we would have liked. The food was pretty good but the Keg size rye and cokes were premixed and not as good as we have come to expect from Kegs. there was no salt on the table and 2 peppers .Our server fixed that while looking after her 4 tables. All in all an okay experience.

We went for our anniversary, the service was very poor , we could not find our server half the time. I order medium well steak, it came blue, I asked them to make me a medium well steak, they took my old steak and burnt it to a crisp, our food took over 90 minutes to get to our table. All in all a horrible experience for $250.

Steak was a thick cut and undercooked. We did not order “baseball” steaks. The cuts should be thinner in order to properly cook to medium rare. Overall, ambiance and service were good. Kitchen seemed to be backed up, so food was slow to come out, but it was a busy night.

Went out for anniversary dinner, had the prime rib with mushroom rice. Prime rib was cold, flavorless, the rice was so mushy and clumpy and this entree was $60! Embarrassing. Blackened chicken entree was the only saving grace.

food and service is amazing.
bathrooms have no locks on any doors, and ceiling looks like it has mould...for a restaurant with a good reputation it's pretty surprising to see!
