The Mexican Corner Restaurant

We visited early in the evening, atmosphere was understanding low key,
Our server made up for this. Andy was wonderfully friendly and took care of our every whim.
Food was good, especially the guacamole and the fajitas. The hit sauce was good. The wine, not so great, but this is Whistler.
Michael made our evening though. Recommended

We came here with the anticipation of having a great meal based on the reviews but the service was lack lustre and the meal was below average. My friends had the fajitas which appeared to be nothing more than sautéed onions with a few chicken bits chucked in. I had asked for no raw onion so was given tacos with nothing but the meat. No coleslaw, no dressing, only deep fried battered pieces of fish.

What a wonderful meal at Mexican Corner! The taco's were amazing! I had the chicken , pork ,and beef. Someone else at our table had the fish. All were fantastic. It was hard to pick a favourite We had the non-alcoholic palomas as well which were to die for!. Service was excellent as well! We can't say enough about our experience at Mexican Corner. We wish them the best for the shoulder season and beyond. If you are in Whistler this is a must stop!

A couple of my girlfriends and I came for dinner this past weekend to celebrate my bachelorette, and we absolutely lucked out with having Peter as our server! I truly cannot remember the last time I had a server that amazing. He knew the menu, could offer recommendations and suggestions, and was an absolute gem of a human.

Not only was it the best Mexican I have ever had, it was also the best service!
