We had Mark serving our table, and the experience after all were the best above of all of the spaghetti factory I’ve visited in Vancouver. I had a wonderful time with my family.
This location doesn’t loud as other locations, the food tasted really good, environment was calm and cozy.

Hard to béat for the price!

You might first get a “face estimate” that decides whether you’ll sit in a sunny bright spot or be stuck next to the kitchen. Service was careless — the untrained waitress even managed to blow tissues off the table, yet a tip was still expected. The spaghetti tasted only slightly better than something from a can, and the happy hour menu felt more like a way to get rid of leftovers.

I came to Whistler to enjoy a variety of food and I’ll definitely be back for that, but I have no intention of visiting this restaurant again at any location.

In Whistler Bc!! It’s been ages since I’ve been to the Old Spaghetti Factory. The food was good. The atmosphere was also not bad. It’s a great place for large family gatherings.

Good Portion, tasty and delicious.
Unfortunately only one bread per two meals. Other than advertised on the homepage🥹
But really good pricing and we enjoyed it!

The atmosphere was really good and cozy. We got a lot of food for a low price in my opinion. You get inclusive in the price with your pasta a warm bread with garlic butter, a salad (or soup) and ice cream. So you will not go outside with hunger. The staff was friendly at the table, the only thing I can say something about was the check in for a reservation. We made a reservation in advance and when we got there, there was a long line of people waiting to be seated but all the people in line didn’t had a reservation and were told to wait. They didn’t ask if there were other people in line who maybe had a reservation and for that we had to wait 10min to be seated. But other than that there is nothing bad to say. Very happy to have eaten here.

Great food and fantastic service. Spaghetti & Meat Balls entree came with fresh baked bread, and a mixed green salad to start and ice cream as a dessert. Great value!

The entrance to this restaurant is in the basement, and as soon as you step in, the staff welcomes you warmly with attentive service.
The meal begins with Italian sourdough bread, crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside, with a delightful nutty aroma that lingers as you bite in.
The Ban Ban Shrimp is fried to a perfect golden crisp, with plump, juicy shrimp inside and a tangy-sweet sauce that balances the flavors beautifully—crispy, savory, and refreshing all at once.
The Clam Chowder has a rich, velvety broth with the sweetness of fresh clams blending perfectly with the creamy base, creating a warm, hearty, and comforting flavor in every spoonful.
The Lasagna, Mama Pulosi’s Secret Homemade Recipe, is layered with tender pasta sheets, savory tomato meat sauce, and gooey melted cheese, baked to perfection for a deeply satisfying, homey flavor.
The Linguine with Clams features al dente pasta tossed with fresh, succulent clams and topped with nutty Parmesan cheese, creating a deliciously briny and savory combination. And to finish, a creamy, refreshing scoop of ice cream makes the meal truly satisfying from start to finish.
Generous portions, refined flavors, and very reasonable price！
I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here with parents for dinner. Overall, the spaghetti and pasta I got tasted alright. The clam chowder was also alright. The food didn’t really blow me away too much because it tasted extremely similar to the other restaurants selling similar dishes. However, the price for the food along with all the side dishes: bread, appetizer, soup, main course, ice cream, and tea, were extremely worth it. Service was pretty good also, no problems. 4/5

We had such a great experience thanks to Anna and Nikko! Their service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and welcoming.
