Great store and selection, although I was at GLC event recently, and two of your girl employees approached me who overheard me talking to my friends about how much I loved these sunglasses I bought at the store, however they came up to me and ‘confronted me’, accusing me of talking badly about the store when in fact I was trying to tell my friends to go there. Not the best image I think this store wants to portray around town.
I love the vibes and there was a great selection of clothes and the staff were incredibly kind and enjoyable to talk to
Loved. Absolutely amazing staff, and service
perfect
This place is sick!! Great deals :)) <3
Love this place!
The quality of clothing is great. Def a good stop when you’re in whistler for sure
Another Bass Coast made perfect with all my beloved items from Velvet Underground. Amy and her team are truly the best!
This shop is great and the clothes are good but whenever i’m in there i can’t help but think about how it’s literally peak capitalism and the greatest businesspeople ever could only dream of selling what was essentially going to be garbage at astronomical prices just because of a brand name or band name. like one time there was a shirt with stains and holes for $70 and i’m assuming that’s because it had a Stone Island logo. The perpetuation of capitalism by curated vintage stores honestly keeps me up at night.I get that curating a selection like they have is hard and takes a lot of time but like there’s some band tees in there for over $200 and when i see that im like damn capitalism has gone too far this time. Just because somethings a collectors item doesn’t mean it needs to cost more. That is called manufactured scarcity and its capitalisms biggest tool to reach into your pockets.I got a really cool t shirt here with some butterflies on it and i always get compliments when i wear it. Also all the staff are super friendly and it’s a really nice vibe just to look around. Sometimes the music playing is really good and sometimes it’s not so good but i guess it depends who’s working.
Exceptionally curated thrift store in the heart of Whistler. Things are well organized and they are on point with current trends which makes the cost of everything much higher than most thrift stores.
Restaurantji Recommends
Love the atmosphere here! The staff are very welcoming and there are so many cool/unique pieces, all at a pretty good price. As a mid sized girl I appreciated their larger range of sizes compared to most vintage stores. I would highly recommend!
Found this place while in Whistler for my brother's wedding. I picked out at least 20 things to try on! Great selection and lovely shop owner, very pleased with my experience and will be back!
