Great store and selection, although I was at GLC event recently, and two of your girl employees approached me who overheard me talking to my friends about how much I loved these sunglasses I bought at the store, however they came up to me and ‘confronted me’, accusing me of talking badly about the store when in fact I was trying to tell my friends to go there. Not the best image I think this store wants to portray around town.
This shop is great and the clothes are good but whenever i’m in there i can’t help but think about how it’s literally peak capitalism and the greatest businesspeople ever could only dream of selling what was essentially going to be garbage at astronomical prices just because of a brand name or band name. like one time there was a shirt with stains and holes for $70 and i’m assuming that’s because it had a Stone Island logo. Exceptionally curated thrift store in the heart of Whistler. Things are well organized and they are on point with current trends which makes the cost of everything much higher than most thrift stores.
