Fits perfectly into the feel of the hotel. Great food and service, but it comes at a price. Great option to eat when in the area.

We went for breakfast and the service wasn’t great. Took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to come to the table and brought coffee with no cups. I had to find the server in order to finally order and the açaí bowls were not good at all. Very overpriced, would not return!
Great breakfast buffet. We love the omelette station.

Last Night on Nov 12. I went and planned to have dinner there. There were hardly any people inside the restaurant, but the hostess said since we don't have reservation we will have to wait for half an hour till 7:00pm. She gave us the set dinner menu, didn't take down our name.and then walked away. She said the same thing to another couple in front of us. Why do we have to wait for half an hour? I don't know. From what I saw there were hardly anyone inside the restaurant.

Honestly, I made a reservation for 8.15pm, it is now 10.09pm and we still didn't get our main course. This is completely rediculous amount of time, and this isn't acceptable. Not coming back.

Food was way way too salty but we still can taste the quality of the ingredients. In the end, we had to order dessert to balance our palate. I had several experiences with other Fairmont Dine-in, and believe the chain had a certain level to expect.
Even though the server was polite, I felt enormous pressure of upselling us during the whole experience.

Food was really good but the service was not good at all. We got the breakfast buffet with our toddler and the wait staff were not friendly to us at all. I am not sure if it is because we were not guests at the hotel or because we had a kid with us. After paying over $100 for breakfast I would expect better service. We will not be returning

The food has definitely improved in terms of quality and quantity the service is absolutely outstanding and everybody treats you like a VIP thank you to Topher for amazing service as well, but everyone is wonderful.
A live piano music would give a wonderful ambiance but other than that, the place is cosy and inviting and has nice big windows

Fantastic experience doing the Fall Dining Special. Our server, Robert, went above and beyond to make sure we had a flawless meal. They cater to most dietary restrictions/allergies, some of the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. All courses were delicious and presented beautifully. We only wished the main courses matched the flavour and execution of all the other courses, though they were not far behind. We would come back for another weekday/shoulder season special!

The Wildflower is located in the Fairmont Château Whistler. It is a beautifully decorated and clean restaurant as you would expect being in the Fairmont. We went for the buffet breakfast, and the selection and quality were excellent. They had the most perfect bacon I’ve ever tasted. Not too fatty and just the perfect crispiness. The overnight oats was delicious for oats! I’m going to try to duplicate this at home as I discussed the taste with one of the servers who by the way, was exceptional. We had the drip coffee which comes with the buffet, but that drip coffee was the best drip coffee I’ve ever had as well. I probably drank a whole pot of it. Now keep in mind that I have not been to many five star hotels but I still have good taste! 😀Right from the front desk the service was superb. I didn’t have to ask any questions. They knew exactly what we’d need to know to make our visit a most pleasant one.
Vegetarian options: My partner is a vegan and he was able to find lots of options there. Don’t know how he could resist the omelettes, fish selection, charcuterie, eggs Benedict, chicken and turkey sausages, etc but he did!
Dietary restrictions: They asked if we had any allergies before we went in which I was really impressive.
Kid-friendliness: Several kids were there but they were very well behaved which made for a nice experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant can accommodate ♿️
