Had a wonderful dinner! Our server Amanda made our evening fun and informative. Thank you for taking good care of us and making our first night in Whistler memorable! The scallops were perfect!! So decadent we ordered a second plate. The chowder while tasty could use a little more sea food. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The Wildflower is everything you want from a breakfast buffet at a restaurant. It has a serene setting, excellent table service from which you can also order, and a full buffet. Hot buffet items are stored in Le Creuset cast iron pots, so the lids can be heavy and unwieldy when loading your plate. There's an omelet station, fresh fruit, oats, yogurts, various meats, breads, pastries, and so on. There is also outdoor seating. If you're looking for a relaxing breakfast, this place ticks all the boxes.

Good is just ok with few of them too salty. Staff is nice with smile on their face. We wait for an hour before we finally have our main. No one is bother checking with us to see if we need any thing. Our glass were empty and wait forever to get refill of water. When we finish our meal. The plate of the appetizer is still on the table. Service and food is a no match to the price

Wildflower inside the Fairmont is quite nice. The breakfast buffet is not bad. Food is mediocre - not sure if I'd come specially for the restaurant & pay $43 pp if it wasn't included in my stay.
However, service & atmosphere was over all very good

In typical Fairmont fashion: The restaurant is amazing. Food was solid. Service was great. Prices are absolutely not. 4 shots of Jameson cost us close to $60 after tax and a tip of 15%. A single martini was around $32 after tax and tip. I understand that this is Whistler, and the Fairmont, so people should automatically just expect things to cost more. If you don’t care about money, and don’t mind paying 30-50% more than everywhere else for the same thing, but with good service, then this is the place for you.

Our extended family of 22 met in Whistler BC to celebrate a 70 year wedding anniversary and 90 year birthdays. Working with Alexandra and Mehmet to plan the details for this special occasion allowed for an extraordinary dinner at The Wildflower. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding! Seated in the private dining room with floor to ceiling windows made it feel as though we were eating outside in their garden. Taking drink and food orders and serving the multiple courses at the perfect temperature over the evening was like watching a well oiled machine. But, they effortlessly engaged in friendly chat making us feel so relaxed and welcome. The pastry chef made an absolutely beautiful cake for us which really topped off the evening. I would absolutely dine here again and again!

The ambience and the staff were friendly.
However, the service was very slow, and inaccurate. For example...I ordered a blue steak...but got a medium rare. I have no idea how they messed that up to that degree. Mind you, there was a 42 minute wait between the app and the main...then another 25 minutes for the dessert.
Would recommend any other restaurants, unless you don't mind any inaccuracies or the wait.

It is not Brunch but a breakfast buffet! It finishes at 11:15am! I went on a Monday and they don’t have the buffet as it’s too slow so they give you options that would cover some of the buffet! I ordered the fruit (not fresh) , the smoked salmon very good, the pastries ( boring and dry) I also had the omelette ( spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese ( not enough cheese) . A lot of food but not quality!
Delicious dishes. Great service staff - Amanda was super attentive, polite and helpful :) great place for special

Food and Service was wonderful. My partner had oysters and then salmon main and I had the chicken. Both were phenomenal. The complimentary bread and butter before the mains was also very delicious. Our server Hayley M. was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. When we had dessert she ensured to add a happy birthday message to my partner without us even asking (I had mentioned on the reservation). Another person, probably a manager/supervisor was attentive and ensured we always had everything we needed. There were a number of children in the place by the time we left. However, they weren't loud or causing any distractions. So it is family friendly if you're looking for that. We were also there very early (5pm) so I imagine it's more adult centric later in the evening 8pm to close.
Parking: If you're eating at the restaurant they will validate your parking ticket.

We had a lovely dinner, and our server Lisa-Marie was awesome, very attentive, and friendly.I had the rigatoni, a vegetarian pasta with nice flavour, the burrata cheese was smooth and delicious.Lovely dining experience! I love a truly vegetarian menu item that I don't have to modify or sub out meat!
