2nd TH, I just have to write you off TH.
Place busy, ok. But when you just give 2 napkins for us to eat in, sandwiches, donuts and coffee. Not to mention, we asked for napkins to clean the table we'd like to sit at, you said no. So, no we can't clean the table? Yes ma'am, we can't give you napkins. Mind you, we didn't realize they only have us 2 napkins with our food.
BLT was greasiy and mayo dripping, so I should give you my cleaning bill since I wiped my hands on my pants. Lack of cleanliness will lead us back to COVID days!!

Tim Hortons tend to get a bad reputation for bad customer service, so I want to specifically shout out to Neil + Danielle when we visited on Jul 1st for being so kind and patient with us after a long day of ATVing with a long drive ahead of us.

You absolutely subverted our preconceived notions and then some so thank you for helping out drive home so much better with the delicious decaf coffee and your kindness ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

Great place. Open early and closes late. Staff are always so fantastic. Sheila and Leo served me tonight. Sheila is always friendly and remembers my usual order. And Leo made great food!

I was thrilled by the ease of ordering in advance and by the timely completion of my order right by the set time I arrived. Moreover, this is objectively the best price/quality coffee proposition in Whistler.

Warning don't ask for cream in your coffee!!!

I wish they had a negative 5 stars for service. I ordered a muffin, multiple donuts, and a breakfast sandwich meal with the largest coffee. I asked for five creams as it was a big coffee, and was only given two. When I asked for more I was told "No" and told that "That's too many creams," they continued that I should have ordered a latte.
I didn't want a latte I wanted a regular coffee with cream in it.

The line of people behind me saw what was happening, and the gentleman behind me ended up ordering a coffee giving me his extra creamer with much protests from the attendant. I think he might have been charged for the cream.
Another gentleman behind him ordered a coffee but saw what was going on with me and ended up leaving without ordering anything. And saying he will not return because of the way that attendant was treating me.

It was a very embarrassing experience as a customer and I felt ridiculed for the way that I liked my coffee. I felt after spending over $25 in breakfast items, I thought a few extra creams wouldn't be a big deal but apparently it absolutely was.
I will not be going back there even though I love Tim Hortons food and breakfast sandwiches and donuts.

I understand good work is sometimes hard to find, but shaming me over my coffee creamers, started my day out with a bad taste in my mouth!

Standard cafe with small dishes. For when you're a little hungry when you don't want to go to a restaurant.
