Lime beer was good, food is bad
We crossed Canada in Westfalia in the summer of 2024 and we took the opportunity to discover the country's microphones. I'm celiac so I have to say that usually while my husband enjoyed the local beers I had to settle for a cider or a gin and tonic! I was SO excited to get to the Whistler Brewing Company knowing that they have 2 gluten-free beer options! Indescribable moment of my trip to have an (ok... 2!!!) EXCELLENT gluten-free beers on the terrace! My husband loved his “flight” too! The relaxed atmosphere as well as the exceptional (and French-speaking!!!) service are also worthy of mention!
Did the Brewing Company Tour and highly recommend it! (Hidden) Gem just outside of the center of Whistler. Super friendly and enthusiastic employees, very personal and fun experience. Great food as well, even though the beer is still the MVP.
Cool place with friendly staff and delicious beer.
We always stop here after doing the Train Wreck trail. It's a reward we give ourselves., lol. It's a pretty easy hike, lol. Anyways, this is a great spot. We have enjoyed it for years. Seems that the kitchen is open sporadically but that has been ok so far. Stop by for some decent local brews and good staff.
I don't know how you can smash the service and ambiance in whistler, but you go to your bar at the airport and it's overpriced, marginal offerings and just the most indifferent service ever....maybe take the management team and move then to vancouver so they can properly train people to represent your brand. cause what's happening now is just mickey mouse
Their grapefruit ale and variable condition ipa are two of my all time favorite! This place has nice laid back feel and family/ dog friendly.
Liked potato skin, too. Just wish for a bit more food variety.
Awesome place to relax after an active day in Whistler. Portion sizes are huge! Beer is delicious.
I had the mountaineer pilsner, Dos Esqueletos salted lime lager, honey lager, and Chestnut ale. All low IBU (very important to me) and all were delicious. The Honey was my favorite, but the surprise was the Chestnut. It tasted like liquid chocolate in a good way and was very smooth. I also had a Pretzel and it was good. Service was awesome. I can't recommend as stop in here enough! Go enjoy!
Very friendly staff, good prices, and excellent tasting beer. Highly recommend it!

I love most of ur beers. But im at an afters rn and ur chestnut ale is not IT. Im so sorry. The rest of them slap. But this one tastes like tree. Like so bad. Im so sorry.
Love this place ❤️
Love their selection of beers. Great service. Very good price. Dog friendly.
Came here after a climb with my girlfriend today, we are both very into the sour beer scene and the strawberry kiwi sour might be the best sour I've had. She had the mango sour and said the same about hers. We had the chicken bacon alfredo pizza, and it blew every brewery pizza we have had before out of the water. Great place, 10/10 recommend.
I have a timeshare in Whistler, so I visit Whistler Brewing Co. every year at least once or twice.
It’s been a bit of a tradition to bring a couple of friends to have a beer and some good food.
I must say this year the food was very disappointing. We ordered 2 pizzas, and the potato skins. The chicken Alfredo pizza was terrible, the crust was not fully cooked. I showed the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen and bake it for a few more minutes. It still not very good. Reheating pizza doesn’t work!
The Canadian pizza tasted like a supermarket frozen pizza, not a $25. Pizza.
Then there’s the potato skins….. it’s was like flavorless mashed potato in a tough skin, with a bit of bacon and little to no cheese. I’m pretty sure my 6 year old granddaughter can make better potato skins.
On the bright side, the beer is still good!
Not sure if I’m going to be coming back!?!
