Review for the white rock location: The barista working on Thanksgiving Day (Oct 13, 2025) was amazing! She was the only one working, and the store had to close early; still, she was so welcoming and efficient. My bad for not getting her name, but I hope the owner/manager will recognize who I am talking about. Really appreciate her for the service. Would definitely visit again.

Great coffee and beans! The barista was upfront in telling me that they serve 2 shots of espresso in their cofee, which I normally ask before placing an order. Good job, BATW!

Minor Disappointment
Visited today and the barista automatically selected a 15% tip for me before she inputted the payment. I was going to tip 10-15% anyways since she made me a drink, but to select a tip without giving the customer a choice is disgusting and shady. There was no way to deselect the tip after she inputted it. The total was $6.35 on the register and I was given a prompt to pay $7.38 on the machine. So no, this is not sales tax since that would be 12% of the total, not 15%.
Just moved to town and this was the first coffee shop I’ve visited! The employee was very friendly also helpful with navigating their menu.She was the only staff member on floor, despite the lineup and heavy work load I was met with an upbeat positive attitude while multitasking! Beautiful coffee… it can be hard to find a good cup as I’ve had a lot of baristas burn the roast. No bitterness here just full rich flavour. Iced options available. Calm atmosphere.Red panda approved!

Coffee was decent. Could use some better signage to direct customers. Probably best not to advertise items that are not regularly stocked. Also put the lids and sleeves out so customers don't need to constantly ask for them.
