Very slow service and no anticipation of when the food will be served. We ordered 3 dishes and waited for more than one hour for the last dish to come. We looked around and many people came before us are still waiting one or two dishes of their own and were demanding to cancel if they were not made.

If you are not down to wait for more than you should for your food, go somewhere else.

Food is okay, a bit too salty

Food was great but the food portion was a joke. We got lamb with union and the plate was ended up mostly being unions.

We got the spicy fried chicken dish and it’s soooo authentic. The bone in style is how this dish is supposed to be. So numbing, spicy and crispy. What a gem find! Looking forward to being back.

What a gem of a find! This cozy restaurant not only delivers on flavor but also on heartwarming ambiance.

Dishes we loved:
1. Sweet & Savory Glazed Shrimp – Juicy, perfectly cooked shrimp smothered in a rich, sticky sauce. The presentation on a bed of fresh greens made it as appealing to the eyes as it was to the taste buds.
2. Braised Pork Hock – Fall-off-the-bone tender, rich in flavor, and beautifully garnished with fresh green onions. Comfort food at its finest.

The atmosphere:
The interior has a unique charm with traditional red Chinese lanterns, cultural decor, and wooden accents that create a warm, inviting vibe. You can feel the pride in their culinary roots with framed photos of chefs and a glowing sign for “CCTV – China Canada Tsingtao Vancouver” adding a cultural touch.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy authentic flavors in a cozy and meaningful setting!

We had a phenomenal family style dinner last night. Presented beautifully the cucumber salad, the tofu fish, cashew chicken, spicy green beans and sweet and sour pork were every bit as delicious. It reminded me of being in Italy or Greece at small family restaurant where everything is made and served with love. Highly recommend it!!

there aren’t many places in the white rock area that serve authentic chinese food. however this place has the best chinese comfort food. i always get the fried bun w milk sauce, seawater tofu, and stir fried potato

Do not go here. It will make you sick. The whole restaurant reeks of cat pee. Service is nonexistent. Could not even get a menu or water upon walking in. They are also very rude.

Got explosive diarrhea after eating the most saltiest soup in my life. Horrible. Made my throat burn and the waiting minutes were absurd.

Ordered the spicy fried chicken and it's literally allllllll bones, like literally. $25 for kitchen scraps? Where is the meat? Y'all need CCTV in the kitchen to see where all that meat is going? If there was meat I would be a strong 4*. Did I fall into a tourist trap? The other dishes were fine.

The picture I added is before I ate them btw.
