I think this is one of the best coffee shops in White Rock! I really enjoy their desserts and handmade chocolates — the passion fruit coconut is my favorite

For two days now our americano's have been watery tasting with no creme to speak of. When we are paying over $4 for a drink we expect the quality to be better than Tim Hortons. We have tried the Hastings location as well. Slightly better. In the past, the coffee was 5 star when the owner was pouring. Which was the reason we would drive well out our way to purchase.

Stopped in to pick up a couple desserts for later and a coffee for the drive back. The coffee took a while and they were only moderately busy. When I finally got it, it was very good. The dessert I had was a Raspberry Mocha cheesecake and it was fantastic!

The worst experience ever. I even tipped more than $15, and I did it just to be nice, it definitely was not earned.
One staff in particular named Enya, is the most ignorant and unprofessional individual. Not only is she highly ignorant, she lies to everyone and is known to bully and attack other staff. I had to report this to work BC as this behavior is not tolerated in ANY WORKPLACE.
I asked all my contacts who were frequent to this establishment and advised them to stop supporting it. Why should we support a company that is abusive to customer and also staff.
Enya is a full blown and exposed bully. She needs to get her head straightened. She has no place in this world if she is going to do nothing but attack innocent individuals and bully other staff members.
If anyone needs proof of this, I have recordings of her outlandish abuse.
I will be keeping my report with work BC up to date and im sure the victims she is bullying will be let go.
I suggest the owner reach out as I also have my reports to work BC recently recorded and fully documented.
To the victims of Enyas abuse, I am so sorry you have to endure such high levels of mental abuse and bullying by Enya.
With this high level of abuse and bullying going on and the owner not taking responsibility, I am forced to rate this place as only 1 star. Abuse and bullying in the work place is something I won't ever tolerate and something I will always speak up against.

An excellent selection of well-prepared, delicious delicacies.
Very disappointed with this place. Had my eye on trying things here for months but due to an athletic career had to hold off. Purchaser three different types of pastries in the morning so should be fresh right? WRONG. Very dry, very stale and now I am very confused as to how this place has such a high rating. It was quite honestly on of the worst bakeries I've been to. I've been to France and they would be embarrassed of this sad representation of French baking. Won't return. Coffees ok, nothing to write home about. Staff is very friendly just wish they had better quality items.

We have been here 3 times. The food is good and the drinks are good. However, the only problem is I would Love to visit more but the baristas/girls at the front are not friendly. They are very dismissive and could care less of you being there . I feel like as soon as I walk in they want me out. But then why work in a cofeee shop?! I would definitely get more treats but I don’t know what the girls will say. Super awkward. Perhaps order online and pickup would be a good option. Or checkout other local businesses that don’t make you feel unwelcomed.
