I believe it's under new ownership. I used to be much better as I remember. Also don't recall having to pay for tartar sauce. A bit too greasy, didn't finish the 2 piece fish and chips

Exceptional place for Fish n Chips owned by a local family. I remember always coming here as a kid and everything in the restaurant reminds me of how it was back then. The food, atmosphere, and seeing the same family run the joint is definitely a 10/10.

Take out only and halibut was super greasy, with no flavour. I give it a 3 because the batter was only average...mine is better at home with beer batter and baking soda...makes all the difference. Fries were very greasy. Service was excellent with very pleasant staff but all in all, very underwhelming.

Was there within the last week for the first time with a friend who recommended trying them, and I am glad I did. We were able to share 2 PC fish and chips, and she was able to have leftover fries to take home to her daughter.
I will definitely be back when able to
