Walked in and were one of only 4 others in the whole restaurant. Waited abnormally long time for order to be taken as workers seemed to be puttering around like we were not even there. Ordered cafe con pana (espresso with whip cream). Used old ground flavoured coffee, not espresso grounds, coffee tasked awful and cost more than Starbucks which is saying something. Lots of potential based on location but as is would not return.

I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Greek wrap, and the chicken had a foul odor. After eating just half of it, I felt nauseous and later experienced food poisoning. My family also ordered waffles, which were cold and turned out to be store-bought, even though the menu didn’t indicate this. It felt very deceptive to serve store-bought food as fresh.

Charging $15.79 for store-bought waffles is deceptive and misleading.
While we received a refund for the waffles, I was refused a refund for the Greek wrap, despite the obvious issues with its quality. I reached out to the restaurant to resolve the matter, but they have not responded.

The combination of serving smelly chicken and store-bought food while ignoring customer concerns is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend dining here, and I hope they take steps to improve both their food quality and customer service.

Recommended dishes: Greek Chicken Wrap

I was disappointed with my visit. The $15.79 waffles were just store-bought, covered in excessive whipped cream, and didn’t match the “freshly baked” claim. The chicken wrap was inedible and made my sister sick. While they refunded the waffles, they refused to address the wrap issue. Overall, poor quality and overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend.

Also, the review rate is higher because it used to be Watts cafe, and owned by someone else who had integrity when it came to the quality, taste and the price of food.

Slow service. Coffee and food taste plain.

They have gotten our order wrong so many times it’s not worth going anymore.

I’m pretty sure I was given a regular Americano today even though I repeatedly checked to make sure it was decaf.

Almost every time we double check when being handed our order we find something is wrong.

Our orders are quite simple, usually just a couple of drinks and they can never get it right.

I cannot have caffeine for serious health reasons and they have had to remake my drink several times in the past.

I’m now sitting here feeling the full effects of a large coffee.

Today was my last straw.

Great location and atmosphere, don't expect a server at the table though, this is order at counter only. They also have a full selection of alcohol on display, but when I asked for a mixed drink with Grey Goose, which I could clearly see they had, I was told they didn't have any. I pointed at it, and it was at the end of my fingertips, and the girl still didn't appear to understand ?

Very good cafe, we came to today evening, their turkey sandwich was very tasty, plus customer services are very good, they speak nicely, service is very very good. Come and eat , you’ll like it ❤️?

Food is good, service was not great. Ordered 2 ice coffees and a sandwich. Tried to confirm two ice coffee a couple times and thought she understood but she left shortly after taking the order. Only received one ice coffee and was having a wrap made instead of sandwich, just an mis communication I think, was fine to have the wrap either way. I said there was supposed to be two iced coffee and she said no you didn’t order two look at the order. I said I did and you didn’t even take my order and I did order two. I said it’s fine I will get another iced coffee and she said I have another order you can wait. We left. Won’t be going back.

Tge staff here simply can't handle the amount of orders. We waited 20 minutes just for a plain coffee double double.
The egg sandwich was 30 plus minutes. We won't bother coming here again.

Not a full breakfast menu, just muffins, breakfast sandwiches, bagels. Good assortment for hot drinks. Very short staff. Friendly service but just very fast or assortment.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with flavour and the staff were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great dining experience. You won't be disappointed!
