Once again I opted for the fish and chips and my wife went an Indian combo dish, she absolutely loved it as did I with mine Food was brought out freshly cooked and super hot. Fresh made fries were perfect Our server was pleasant and smiling as always. In a very short time it has become our favourite spot.

Have bought fish and chips from here a couple of times over the years when visiting WR.
Recent pick up order was missing coleslaw and 2 pieces of fish which was not noticed until we got to the hotel. The fish and chips were not as good as the last time so will not get fish and chips here again.

We were so happy with the food and service. The batter is thin and crisp on the large piece of fish and the chips are fresh and deep fried to perfection. The mushy peas were a bit dry for my taste. Portion size was more than enough. The restaurant is extremely clean which is the only way I will ever return to a restaurant. Our server was very good and friendly.

I went last Sunday to this place thinking about one of the many great fish and chips establishments in White Rock At 4.30 pm the place was empty, not even one customer I should have left right away but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, terrible mistake!!!! I wanted to order 2 pieces of Haddock and chips to go, unfortunately the Haddock was not available, only cod or Halibut I should have walked away but I ordered the Halibut $ 30 and 20 minutes later I went home and found out 2 pieces of fish with not batter only panko pan fried and a bunch of fries unevenly cooked, some burned and others raw Needles to say that it was the worst fish and chips that I ever had and I will not patronize this place anymore The smile and manners of the lady taking the order was the only positive thing about the place

I only visit White Rock occasionally, the last time in 2022 when on Mondays there was a 6.95 fish & chips special on regular $10. Looks like with the new ownership, this Monday special is no longer available.

My sister worked at this fish and chips store for 40 hours but was never paid. Despite her efforts and commitment, she has not received the compensation she was promised. This lack of payment is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I urge the management to address this issue and ensure fair treatment of their employees. She did last shift yesterday 11am to 3pm please address this issue for convenience.
