I almost don’t want to share this place because it’s so amazing—but it truly is everything you’d imagine a neighborhood diner to be. The food is fantastic, the people are wonderful, and you instantly feel like you belong the moment you sit down.
I highly, highly recommend it. Part of me hopes everyone comes to try it, and part of me hopes it stays our little secret so it doesn’t get too busy. It’s a casual spot, and it’s cash only, so be sure to come prepared—that’s all part of its charm.

How can you operate a restaraunt in a place like White Rock with no debit terminal? Came here for breakfast with limited time before an appointment and had to go elsewhere. Dissapointed.

It could have been a good experience but we waited an hr to get our food. If my bf hadn't asked to check when we're getting our food, I don't believe they would have acknowledged us. After they said it will be out shortly, it was another 20 mins or so before we got our food. It took us less than15 minutes to eat and we left right after we were done. Maybe others could have a better experience but we did not.

I think I ordered poorly. Reuben sandwich was tiny, house salad decreasing bland. Ice tea not that flavourful. Service was friendly, though.

If. You. Want. The authentic 50's. Diner experience this is it. Cozy, friendly Faces, fresh food (not the greasy spoon food), and cash only. I Loved it. Felt so at easy and. The noise inside wasn't from Ppl having to yell over the music. That was a nice change. Just a gentle hum. Off friendly chatter.
