Worth the drive for a sunrise and an amazing breakfast. This is the classic west coast breakfast that hits the spot like nothing else. Love this place and wish I lived closer.

Worst Lemongrass chicken and porkchop on rice I have ever had. Meat is over cooked, vegetables are half cooked. It's unbearable. Why would someone sell something like this?

Had an awful experience on Sunday. Didn't know it was cash only before being served coffee, which I didn't touch by the way. I only had a few 100 USD bills. I asked what was the exchange rate and she said it was 1.1. It was a little outrageous but whatever. I didn't like the attitude of the waitress in the first place. So I prepared to pay for the coffee and find another breakfast place. The lady took my $100 usd and gave me a change of $95 cad (it appears the cost was 15 Canadian dollar). The official exchange rate was 1.35. So I essentially paid 40 Canadian bucks for 2 small coffee and a small apple juice. I didn't really care about the 40 bucks anyways. It is just that when I tried to argue with her I quickly found out that the resistance is futile. Her math was ironclad. Fortunately I didn't give her 1000 usd because otherwise I would have lost a few hundred bucks instead.Sorry I gave 1 star to everything. The waitress however, 5 star for financial astute! Keep up your good work.

The burgers were awesome the first few times, and the sandwiches too. The diner vibe and memorabilia are cool, and prices are decent overall.

We were so disappointed, we will clearly be back Heard great things, it was crowded, food took a long time However the meal was massive let down Most everything in my meal was over cooked or burnt !!!! The omelet my wife got was lacking in the quality ingredients, the biggest portion was cheap salsa ! And the bottom of her pancake was crisp ! We simply can not recommend eating here

A favorite place to meet for brunch, consistently busy and a popular spot of the neighbourhood. Casual unchanged history. Recommend the huevos!Parking: Small parking lot, mostly street parking. We circled the block a few times.
