Grounds & Greens is a must-stop when traveling between Vancouver and Seattle. It’s just over the border in White Rock and worth planning your trip around. The entire breakfast and lunch menu is vegan, and honestly, it’s one of the best spots in the region. We stop here every time we travel back and forth and have never had a bad meal. You really can’t go wrong, but the breakfast wrap and pastries are especially amazing. Highly recommend.

☕🌿 Grounds and Greens Vegan Café is such a lovely little spot in White Rock. The patio is beautiful, relaxed, and dog friendly which we loved. It’s the perfect place to stop after a walk and soak up some sunshine with your pup by your side.

The food was amazing. I had one of the best muffins I’ve ever had… soft, flavourful, and exactly what I needed. Plus their cream cheese icing was so good there would be no way to tell it was vegan. The matcha...
