It’s IHOP so you all know what you’re getting in terms of food. The wait staff was really good. They made a mistake with my order (it was a very reasonable mistake) I offered to just take it but they insisted on fixing my order. They brought it out really quickly. I was impressed.TLDR: the food is normal IHOP quality food but the service is unmatched!

Driving past IHOP South Surrey and a quick, convenient decision for lunch. Not a health food stop but popular just the same. Sign says "farm fresh ingredients" to your plate and I would hope so. Not sure were else food comes from. Better that fast food, and meal came to our table fast. Staff were fairly robotic, seemed a little bored, and were quick to pick on other staff that perhaps made a mistake.Parking: Not everyone needs to park near the entrance door, so plenty of parking in the back lot.

The food is good in general. The service is just average. In our last visit there were seniors and even a guy in crutches waiting for a table. The restaurant was half empty and the waiters and waitresses walking around doing their job. On the other hand, the restaurant manager was chatting endless with a group of customers next to their table. About 20 minutes after, she was doing exactly the same with other customers. I guess her main task is to chat with as many customers as she can…she couldn’t care the less about assigning tables to the waiting customers.
Usual IHOP fare. I do not recommend the Mac and cheese it was not nice. Steak tips not bad but a few were tough. Mash potatoes were good. The eggs Benny was good as were the wafflesWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp and 1 handy cap spot
