NO. I did not confuse with other store and this location. I tried so many different bubble tea store but this is the worst one ever..

Have you ever been looking for a one stop shop for bubble tea, coffee, and exclusive bakery items. I came across this store very recently and tried the brown sugar bubble tea and the banana bread with chocolate chips. I highly recommend checking out their SugarStateofMind bakery items, they are eggless and nut-free.

This place used to be my go to boba shop but the last 3 times I've gotten it, it's been bad. I usually get a fruit tea with pearls, and all 3 times it's been watery and flavorless. Unsure if they switched owners or something but after today it's safe to say I won't go back.

Had the Coconut Milk tea w/Strawberry Boba and it is the best I have had in ALL OF BC!!! Had to come back again while on holidays to have another one!!! Excellent service, great location and amazing drink!!!
