Amazing and quick service. Coming from an Arab foodie, I approve this food. It’s so incredible you would think you’re back home. I would eat there everyday if I could.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience at Mashawee Lebanese Restaurant. The food itself was actually good, but the service made the entire visit frustrating and not worth it.

First, when I tried to order a falafel plate, the staff upcharged me right away, which already felt sketchy. Then, I asked if they had coffee. They told me they had both coffee and tea, so I went with coffee — but they brought me tea instead. When I asked for a refund because it wasn’t what I ordered, they got angry at me as if it was my fault for thinking they had coffee in the first place.

The food might be fine, but the headache of dealing with the staff completely ruined the experience. Based on how the two workers treated us on a Wednesday evening, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. It’s sad to see my heritage of Lebanese cuisine go to waste with staff like this.

Beef have the right flavor and it’s in pita bread so it didn’t get soggy. Excellent food overall.

The service here is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Everything is handled quickly and with a smile, which makes the whole experience even better.

The meat quality is far from Lebanese standards and clearly not freshly cooked — it was reheated. The staff were neither professional nor respectful, loudly chatting and yelling in the kitchen. It’s not a place where you feel comfortable or would want to return. I definitely do not recommend it.

I came in to order for take out twice in the last 2 weeks. First time I ordered a rice platter with lamb, it states it comes with a salad of choice, pita and hummus.
The first time went there I ordered the Greek salad for the salad.. I was told it was an $2 extra charge for the salad. I brushed it off. The second time around going in there I ordered the same plate but with taboula this time thinking no extra charge. The girl cashier said again about the $2 extra charge. At this point I'm thinking maybe it's a grind that they are taking 2 bucks each time from people. You get enough people and you got yourself a nice tip. I think this should be invested by the owner because it's going to hurt their business in the long run.

Mashawee Lebanese Grill, a counter service restaurant, is a more refined version of Crispy Falafel. The food is excellent at both locations. I tried the Lamb Shawarma Ka'ak, which is unavailable at Crispy Falafel. It was delicious but more difficult to handle compared to a wrap in laffa. I'll definitely be back, but I will probably choose my favourite Beirut Vibe Lamb Shawarma Wrap.

Delicious as always but with overworked staff so orders take time

Always, always a tasty pleasure, wrap plat or tray. Now have a middle eastern breakfast which I'm hoping to try soon . Just for one or for a crowd you can't go wrong.

Mashawee Grill was a great choice for lunch with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. The restaurant has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and even though it wasn’t very busy, the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We ordered a mix of kebabs, shawarma, and mezze, and everything was cooked perfectly. The meats were tender and seasoned just right, the hummus was smooth and rich, and the falafel had a nice crisp texture. The fresh pita was a great touch, bringing everything together. Portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.

Service was prompt and efficient, and we never felt rushed. The staff was also very accommodating with our grandson, making it a comfortable dining experience for our whole family.

Overall, Mashawee Grill delivered delicious food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. If you’re looking for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine with great flavors and good service, it’s definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back!
