I recently had the pleasure of dining at here with my family and friends for a holiday lunch, and it was an unforgettable experience. I don’t like fish very much. But here it was great, delicious. Despite the fact that I ordered one piece of fish, I was given two for everything, it came out $21 I liked it, I’ll come back again. Keep in mind that the cafe is open until 7 p.m.

Fish and chips, can't go wrong with this place. Close to the beach, very busy, can get to go orders at the window. The tarter sauce does not come with the meal, you must pay extra. I would recommend this place, good food, and good price.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options.

Huge serving and they give you free 1 piece fish for any fish and chips order which was a great deal. I ordered 1 piece and chips come with extra 1 piece. I got a medium tartar dip which was a lot, I think small will be just enough for 2 pieces of fish. Location was in front of the promenade. Small space inside, I have mine to go and ate it in the promenade.

Been here over the years. Last summer of 2023 and the summer before of 2022. And over the years. The service over the years is pretty bad. My family thought we give them another chance to see if the service improved. It has not. The fish n chips is not the greatest anyway. There is more batter on the fish than actual fish.I took my 3 year old son and spouse here today. Extremely rude staff. They asked us, very rudely, to wait outside. Having a 3 year old kid was walking around the restaurant as we entered.the server angrily asked him to wait outside with me. He’s 3. We were barely there a minute. He walked around for a moment and the server rudely said “I asked you to wait outside to my three year old son and myself I told her she is being rude and asked her to chill out and not talk to my son this way. We left. In all honesty. I grew up eating seafood. I grew up on the ocean. This place has never had great customer service over the years. The servers are grumpy, and seem like they can’t handle the pressure of busy clientele. The place inside isn’t the cleanest either. For a place that specializes in fish n chips. It’s not the best around.. It’s overrated on the reviews. No, I don’t suggest dining or ordering take out here. I wish I can give this place 0 out 5 stars. Don’t eat here notes: replying to the owners notes. I did not swear or call your colleague any names. The manager is the one who raised their voice. And my son was not running around. Your manager doesn’t know how treat people nicely period. There was nobody by the door while we were there. There were two empty tables. The line outside subsided. Again, I asked the manager to “chill”. That isn’t calling names. I told your colleague they aren’t very nice. That is not name calling.
