Ice cream was pretty standard but the customer service was horrific. Older man and woman behind the counter were incredibly rude to our group of four. Impatient, grumpy, and did not want to give out samples even though the had spoons for it and gave them to other customers. There are tons of ice cream shops in White Rock- I would find another if I were you.

Drove 30 minutes to get a specific icecream flavour only sold at this store. It was 7pm on a Tuesday and store was closed no reason. Disappointed

We were spending the beautiful afternoon at East Beach, and since the kids were so well-behaved, we wanted to get them ice cream.Our friends grew up not too far from here and are very familiar with the area and recommended we go to Sandcastle Sea Shoppe.There was a line, and I can see why. The ice cream here is well-made - smooth, flavorful, and wild in flavors. All the kids got the Twin Cone with 2 Scoops. They all gave 2 thumbs up!My wife picked the Passion Fruit Sorbet, and it was super smooth. The flavors were sharp and perfectly balanced. Sandcastle Sea Shoppe will be my go-to ice cream place whenever we come back to East Beach.

Delicious, quality, and very refreshing. Amazing costumer service, and SO MANY OPTIONS!!!!!! Also, for one scoop, there was a LOT of ice-cream, so definitely worth the cost! Very homey and welcoming, definitely recommend.
