It was late evening and many of the places around were already closed but this place stayed open. Glad that we got to try out this place because the mango gelato was soooo good. It was so cold out but the ice cream was super good. Staff was amazing as well:)

I ordered ice cream from this location on skip the dishes. Due to a lack of available drivers, the ice cream wasn’t able to be delivered by skip. However, I received a phone call and text from a staff member at Thai Affair offering to personally deliver to me at 11pm. Amazing, kind, and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Highly highly recommended not only is the gelato absolutely delicious but the staff is soo soo nice it’s over all a really cool experience seeing the gelato be made right in front of you and soo many delicious flavours too!!

We visited the pier and on the way back to our car my son insisted on getting a rolled gelato. To be clear, I consider $12 for a sundae to be a bit much, but once i saw the work involved, then maybe it is worth it. He stated what he selected was very good. The gelato is made on a cold plate in front of you with your selected ingredients, rolled up, placed in a cup or what ever you asked for.
Expensive and not willing to mix max for the customer, poor service, worst attitude.Update: The owner has responded. I ordered two gelatos, and both were prepared at the same time while no other customers were waiting. I asked the person making them to mix and match the rolled gelatos as she was putting them into two different cups. This would not have required any additional effort on her part. Demonstrating a bit of customer obsession could have gone a long way. I definitely won't be returning if I can expect similar treatment in the future.

Went over the weekend to see the fireworks and got 3 icecream from here. Not only was the girl in the pink super rude but one of the icecreams had a disgusting blonde hair in it! Super disrespectful workplace and not what I expected. Save your time and money and go someplace else!
