He made excellent recommendations that we absolutely loved and it’s clear he knows the menu well and genuinely wants guests to have the best possible experience.
John had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, checking in at just the right moments without ever making us feel rushed. His energy and attention to detail really elevated our evening, he made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

The server in the sports lounge was amazing, haven’t had service like that in many years. The manager was amazing aswell. Both of them are very professional and BP should be very happy to have them on the team. Employees like this don’t come along very often. Thanks again for the amazing experience.

Very friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. The hostess, server are always polite. There is a restaurant upstairs and pub/bar downstairs. Washrooms are available. Plenty of seating. Multiple TV’s that you can watch sports.

I have to order in due medical yet let me tell you, one place that never disappoints you ! My onion rings crisp, just had nachos and wings lol delivered and hell yes they worthy game day! Crispy fresh so this mum didn’t have to make ! Thanks BP staff well played !! As per usual I’m repeat lol
Vegetarian options: Deff wish far more lactose as so needed so many now even hospital changed lol Either way I got nachos at home delivered like I made them ! Thanks for the help BP

My son celebrated his 7th birthday tonight in boston pizza in WL. I really recommend the service specially to our server named "Sarah T" we are surprised the quality of service

I ordered vegetarian pizza, they brought me a pizza and told me it was what I ordered, so I just took a bite without thinking too much, and tasted ham!!!
I talked to them, it wasn’t a big deal for them, and said they will bring me the right one.
Later they asked me how was my food, I said it was ok and they were not happy with my answer and said “ just ok?”
I told them you guys fed me ham, I don’t eat meat, and they got annoyed and asserted “it was a mistake!” In unfriendly tone as if they wanted to tell me “get over it and say something good”.
That is a huge deal for me and many others that observe this kind of diet.
The only person that genuinely apologized was Sarah that brought us the bill.
I will not go back there ever.

The tables were dirty when we arrived so we took the less dirty we could find.. and it wasn't a busy night. I asked for water and a cocktail while we waited for the others of our party to arrive. Didn't get the water. Some of our table ordered salad, myself included. There was very little dressing on their Caesar salad. My salad looked oddly like the remnants of a Caesar salad- when it is supposed to have a different dressing. I had ordered that salad before and it was definitely wrong. We were seldom checked up on, and had to wait a long time to pay after our checks were brought. I had also ordered something to go for my spouse and it was cold- like the server forgot about it.
The time before we went, the server messed up on our bills. Again, our checks were brought and it took a long time for the server to return with the interac machine- so much so that one of the people in our party joked that they would try to figure out how to pay themselves. I know these machines shouldn't be abandoned for PCI and security.
The time before that, again left the interac machine with us, and didn't stick around.
If the server wants guests to pay at the bar, say that when you drop off the check. 3x poor service.
