We went to the Williams Lake Dennys and was honestly surprised by the warm, ‘family diner feel’ atmosphere that was created by the staff. Every employee seemed to love working here. I used to be a server in fine dining restaurants and our server, Florence, hit it out of the park. She anticipated our needs, was friendly, and walked around with a constant smile on her face. There is a book called Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, and it seems like she’s read it. 10 out of10! Also worth mentioning is Nadim, the manager. He went around to different tables and asked how everything was. He did it in a way that was genuine, humble, and attentive - not just gratuitous. His sincerity was striking. Bravo to everyone here!

Brenda, who stepped in to help the wait staff, did an absolutely fantastic job taking our orders and checking in on us throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond with her kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with — truly outstanding service!
