We transitioned to eating here a while ago as it was time to change from our regular Chinese food establishment of choice. Right from the beginning we were very pleased with out order and committed to changing to Ken's for good. The last time we had take out (they don't have dine in service anymore) a week or do ago, we were quoted 30 minutes for pickup. Arriving almost exactly on time, the honey garlic pork was so cold that the sauce had started to congeal. All other items in our order (Cantonese Chow Mein, Beef Chop Suey, and Shrimp Chow Mein) were also stone cold. The only part of the order that was seemingly prepared when we ordered was the egg rolls. The egg rolls have always been amazing.

Broccoli Beef was tasty, as you expect it to be. Chicken Fried rice was just rice doused in soy sauce, and topped with julienned lunchmeat. How can they expect to find return customers when they overcharge for some thing awful like that. Threw out the rice.

Ordered Chicken Chomein with my friend who ordered number #1, he got his food with full of stuff and my Chicken Chomein doesnt have any bloody chicken. Like what, I have to borrow some meat from my friend to give the dish some flavour, worst $15 spent ever of my life.
They need to answer their phone so we can order take out. I have tried to call several times over the past few months and I refuse to drive down and order and wait. They just lost my business for good

Very friendly & kind owner / experience for take out order. We have to drive a couple hours to get home, and food was still hot and very tasty when we arrived. I love the chicken balls, first time I've had real chicken pieces and not just thick pieces of breast meat. The sweet & sour sauce is very tasty too. The combo dinner we had is ample food, sold for two but could easily feed 3 or 4! Everything is delicious and portions are large! Will happily return ?

Not good eye appealing that's withe moods in #1 combo are awful .the fake process chick not good white rice bland and not fried at all I have neve never written this I a review but I should have got my money back sorry Ken's you need some
