We transitioned to eating here a while ago as it was time to change from our regular Chinese food establishment of choice. Right from the beginning we were very pleased with out order and committed to changing to Ken's for good. The last time we had take out (they don't have dine in service anymore) a week or do ago, we were quoted 30 minutes for pickup. Broccoli Beef was tasty, as you expect it to be. Chicken Fried rice was just rice doused in soy sauce, and topped with julienned lunchmeat. How can they expect to find return customers when they overcharge for some thing awful like that. Threw out the rice.
Very friendly & kind owner / experience for take out order. We have to drive a couple hours to get home, and food was still hot and very tasty when we arrived. I love the chicken balls, first time I've had real chicken pieces and not just thick pieces of breast meat. The sweet & sour sauce is very tasty too. The combo dinner we had is ample food, sold for two but could easily feed 3 or 4! Everything is delicious and portions are large! Will happily return ?
