Its a Pub, food was okay. Just had wings and a drink!!! Service was okay!

The butter chicken was horrible, probably the worst I've had. It tasted like nothing, and the rice was wrong- it should be basmati rice. Naan bread is so simple to make but they use store bought garbage.
Service is 10/10 here, go for beers and pool, skip the butter chicken at all costs

Very clean pub. The wood was great, and the service was good. Definitely will go there again.

Tonight, I decided to try a nacho salad with spicy chicken and a camp-out burger. Unfortunately, the salad was extremely disappointing; it felt hastily assembled with large chunks of tomatoes and green peppers I couldn't enjoy or eat, and there was hardly any sour cream despite its large and extremely oversized portions. The plain AF chicken tasted awful and bland. No seasonijg whatsoever. As for the camp-out burger, it was such a messy affair that kept falling apart, much to my dad's frustration. Overall, my experience at Williams Lake OverLander Pub was so disappointing & underwhelming. I felt like it would have been better to stay home and cook instead of we had that option. All the talented cooks in WL have all retired in this quaint town of 11k people, leaving us with those who severely lack the passion for creating a decent meal for WL and really couldn't care less about their bottom-of-the-barrel quality of cooking. What a waste of $$$.

Came in for lunch and sat at the bar where I was instantly greated and provided a menu. I ordered the open face turkey sandwich which was honestly the best lunch that I’ve had in WL, ever. Will be back for sure.

Got the Backwoods burger with a poutine for my side. I really enjoyed my food, the burger was very good, as was the poutine, which had those crispy fries.

The service was great, my server was attentive and personable, and made a good Old Fashioned.

I'd definitely come back.

Edited the next day: came back around 4:30pm August 7. Waitress was really nice, I asked for an orange slice on the side for my Old Fashioned since a classic Old Fashioned is made with an orange peel. I overheard the waitress ask the older lady at the bar and her response was not great. "The oranges are for the beers, tell him not to ask again". And something about not having time to go to the grocery store or something. A cocktail usually costs more than a beer, so I don't understand the issue.

Underwhelming place. Food was average at best, service was so-so and beer could hardly be described as cold, although it was a hot, sizzling Summer day. Not coming back.

Clean bright and airy. The food and service were good. Friendly waitresses. I had the quesadia, and it was different not on a tortilla roll more like a pie crust, but very tasty. My husband had the salmon, which had a pineapple teriyaki sauce that was quite sweet but still okay. Would ask for the sauce on the side if head it again.p

This is such a great find!!! The staff is super friendly with recommendations and the food was absolutely amazing ?!!! The Logger’s Burger ? is a must try!!!

Always good food and good service.
Portion size is large. Pull tabs and other fun things to do. Lots of special drinks and meals that change frequently. Big menu with lots of options.

Margarita was not great and the dj had no idea how to mix but the service was great and the server was very attentive. Food was also pretty tasty. Wouldn't sit inside but definitely would eat here again
