Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of flat parking out front. Cement ramp to door. Door may be difficult to navigate without help, but the staff is right there, a few feet from the door.

Normally when I order from Pizza Hut in Williams Lake it is very good. Better than any other PizzaHut I go to in other cities.
Tonight the Quality was not there at all. My peperoni lovers had so much cheese I could barely taste the peperoni on my peperoni lovers pizza and the peperoni was burnt black. The garlic parmesan wings barely had any sauce on the wings and and the sauce that was there didn't taste right. Didn't even seam like there was any parmesan cheese there.
Very disappointed in this experience. I'm not sure I want to order from this place again.

I’ve ordered from here twice now and there won’t be a third. If I could give it less than a star I would. The first time my boneless garlic chicken bites had little sauces , just enough to pass but not nearly enough to enjoy the flavour on the chicken since there wasn’t enough to coat them. The second time I got the same chicken bites but they had no sauce didn’t even taste remotely of anything other than plain chicken. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and received a thin crust ,burnt and hard pepperoni pizza. I never chose a thin crust option.when I called to inform them of this they told me I would have to come back to the store for them to determine wether or not it is burnt enough to get a new pizza and even then I would have had to wait even longer when it’s already 9 pm. I told them I couldn’t come back that evening and that I would like a promo code for a future pizza or something for both main dishes being horrible and they hung up on me. So I don’t recommend this establishment, I wish I had the name of the employee but it was foreign and something I didn’t catch at the start and couldn’t ask at the end. Full plate of food in the photo, barley even got touched it was so bad. The cookie was the only partially redeeming part.

I just moved back to Williams Lake with my husband. We had our meal delivered, from the time I talked to the staff, who were both friendly, it took30 minutes for our order to arrive, faster then they said. Delivery driver was very nice. Best Pizza Hut food we have ever had! Heidy & Dave Moraes

First time in my life getting a pizza with no tomato sauce. They just forgot it. I ordered couple veggie pizza and both tasteless.
Havent had a single bad experience with them since i was a child and they were across from the liquor store. All the delivery drivers are experts at customer service and quite afew of them once they get to know you will make you laugh. A truly great team of great local men and women doing their best work for a great price. Thank you
