Hotel was clean and tidy. Room was nice and the bed super comfy. Staff very professional.
Kajal was amazing with accommodating my disabled grandmother taking any issue with the utmost care and even coming to look at rooms with me to make sure they were suitable for her. Highly recommend staying here
Location is fine, rooms need updating badly. Bed was clean and comfortable and it was quiet.
Having a separate bedroom was kind of nice. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.
Would stay here again!
Friendly staff and quick check in but the smell of Currie was overwhelming.
Carpet in the rooms are gross. Very strong curry smell permeates all the way to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Nice location.
We had a personal item stolen from our room (tracked right to the housekeepers apartment). We filed a police report and spoke to the hotel manager and still were not able to get our personal property returned. DON’T STAY HERE!
Hotel needs a face lift. Stained carpets in our room. Smoking area right beside handicapped parking
Please do not stay here, there is not much that I can say that doesn’t just echo the complaints of other reviewers, it is bad. From the moment you walk in you are hit with this overwhelming smell and a hot and humid stuffiness that just makes you want to walk right out the door again. The elevator was out of order which might have been a good thing according to other reviewers who say it should be decommissioned. We took all of our bags up FOUR STORIES in a somehow even smellier staircase. The layout of the rooms is confusing and we couldn’t find our room for a solid few minutes whilst bumbling around the halls, sometimes they just skip room numbers which can be found down random dead ends on the other side of the floor. There were stains all over the carpet and it was incredibly uncomfortable and stuffy, we had to open the window, not that it made much of a difference. We were in and out of the room in about five minutes as we simply could not stay here, it also looked like the kind of hotel to have bedbugs. For $200 dollars a night this was extremely disappointing from the Ramada name, while it is called a Ramada it hardly lives up to the standard set by the brand. It’s Williams lake so of course you shouldn’t expect a five star experience, but still, do not stay here. This was incredibly disappointing and we will not be coming there again, we we recommend strongly neither do you. We moved to Best Western which was miles better and we were able to stay the night in a clean and not stuffy room. Thank you for your time in reading this review and head our warning not to stay here.
Please.
Best wishes, the Paul family

We were there to see the rodeo and the Ramada is in perfect location. The staff were extremely professional but especially Muskaan( desk clerk ) who was exceptionally helpful and indeed a delight to be acquainted with. She is a definite asset to the Ramada chain!
I chose the Ramada because, well, it's a RAMADA. But this is a Ramada in name only, and boy, oh boy, did it under deliver. The lady at the front desk was very kind, when I called to make the reservation they were also very kind. But let's get into the rooms. The room was pretty terrible, dirty walls, carpet, smudges, and stains throughout. The place smelled like air freshener and cigarettes. There's clearly someone smoking in the hotel. My guess would be that they smoke in the elevator for some reason. But the bed was clean and very comfortable! which is good because I went there to sleep. Next time, I will definitely be choosing another hotel, but I mean, we're in Williams Lake and not Vegas, so I don't know what I was expecting.I got a good sleep out of it. That's really all I can ask for.
It's ok.
You get the 'smell' as soon as you walk in. You want to walk back out as soon you smell it.
The rooms are almost clean. Bathroom extraction fan didn't work as per usual in hotels.
Breakfast is ok, coffee isn't great, but there's many places to buy it near by.
Pet friendly, this is a big positive.
Lots of signs posted everywhere, don't do this, don't do that, do that, but not that. Looks like someone got an industrial sign maker for Christmas.
It will do for Billy's Puddle, great South Indian food in lobby restaurant, clean and close to the highway intersection, keep your expectations low and enjoy a sleep
Sounded like someone was walking above our room for a long period which is weird cause we are on top floor.
Wanted ti have a shower at 7pm and there was no hot water.
Fridge is very small, barley can fit any left over food, mostly ment for just drinks. Wasnt very cold either. I would recommend them getting better mini fridges and a little freezer woudl be a perk for cold packs.
Location is great, and the breakfast was decent as they had the typical continental breakfast, including eggs, sausages and bacon.
Beds are very comfy.
Tv is very small. Some cosmetic work needed. They want to be a luxury hotel, but they need to put a little more money into it.
