Front desk was super amazing we came in late, tired and hungry she looked up some restaurants for us, without even asking and offered to call them to double check they were still open. She went above and beyond! We had an amazing stay! Thank you🥰

Everything was fine. Owners may want to think about some renovations as rooms,walls,fixtures and furniture was beginning to look a little tired.

An oversell, under deliver. The rooms were decent, and the staff was friendly enough. No hot breakfast as "the cook called in sick". Hot tub was not working when we stayed. For the price of the room vs. the amenities offered, definitely not worth it. Very run down and tired looking. Also, a side note, someone should tell Priceline that this place does not have a pool.

Seemed clean, though outdated.
Bathrooms were nice. Though there was very bad sound proofing in the walls and doors.
Could hear a lot of the neighbours and people in the hallways in the mornings

Love the service we received on our late arrival...went above and beyond to help us as we did not get the bigger room we requested. Continental breaky was good. Beds were comfy. Carpets are old but clean. Overall I would stay here again?

Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior! The rooms are very clean, the beds very clean and comfortable, the staff extremely nice and accommodating, and there is a surprisingly tasty Indian restaurant attached.

The lobby and the carpeting outside of the rooms are in desperate need of updating but the rooms have been fully renovated and come with a fairly large mini fridge and a microwave and a little coffee maker.

Free continental breakfasts were totally fine, nothing special but lots of coffee and fruit and the usual bacon and eggs to choose from.

I’d definitely stay here again if work brings me through Williams Lake!

Worst experience ever. Police and forensics were beside my room. Mice in room . Staff were nice. But it did not feel safe at all.

The complementary hot breakfast was excellent. That alone would be enough to make me choose thus hotel over the others in the area.
