Worst case of food poisoning I have had in years. The chicken wings were raw and the pizza meat tasted a little off. I will never go back.

Once prompted to talk to AI instead of a real person, we called Dominos. Won't be back.

Never a let down. Best Pizza hands down. Its great to see that they have expanded across the province without sacrificing quality.

Red Tomato pies is a throw back to when companies made a quality product and stood behind their product. I received the wrong order(delivered to my hotel room) and started to eat my pizza. It definitely wasn’t what i ordered (tasty non the less). I called to let them know and wasn’t looking to do anything about it. Just called so they would know that another customer must have received mine. They made my order and sent it and i didnt even have a chance to clarify. Stand up business and i will recommend them to others whenever someone is looking for pizza.

I live in Quesnel however i work in Williams Lake.
I absolutely love the pizza that i get from the store in Williams Lake.
I have ordered many different kinds on a semi-regular basis for over the last two years and always find it consistently good.
I do NOT enjoy the pizza that i get from the store in Quesnel however and it seems that every single time i get it from the Quesnel store i am somewhat disappointed.
I am not a picky person and i am grateful that i get to have a Red Tomato Pie in Quesnel, however there is a marked and very distinct difference between these two stores.
( I have not been to any other stores in any other city- only these two)
The family who started this pizza chain runs and works out of the Williams Lake store and so that is what i am comparing the Quesnel store to.
I has occurred to me that one of the most important factors in having a franchise is that no mater what particular store you are at, that the pizza should be almost exactly the same. Or at least close.

This however is not my experience.

The Quesnel store seems to use different sauces or use them in different portions.
They bake their crust differently, the cheese seems less flavourful, the layering and distribution of the toppings is not the same as Williams Lake. The pizza in general seems to be less flavourful.
Every thing seems to be different- so much so that sometimes when i have ordered a pizza i am very familiar with ( their “Beef and Blue”) and have opened the box that i at first do not recognize it and think that i gave received the wrong pizza by mistake.

I know that Red Tomato Pies in Williams Lake is excellent pizza.
I know people from Quesnel who will drive the 1.5 hours from here to Williams Lake just to get a pizza from this store. I used to think this was crazy until i experienced it myself. I can now understand why people are willing to take such lengths. This is because the pizza made there is worth such a trip.
I hope that one day the difference between the two stores will narrow so that i will be able to get pizza and enjoy it in the town i live in ( Quesnel) however this has not happened yet.

I appeal to the owner to rectify this issue ( could it be the same in your other stores?) so that the reputation of your pizza is maintained and the Red Tomato Pies name is given the admiration it started off with and does not become unfavourable because the individual stores are not consistent in following with your original recipes and instructions.

Pizza is okay. Very greasy. Feel sick after just one slice. And one guy here is pretty rude. I thank him for the pizza and doesn't say anything and walks away with a scowl. Weird

Pizza here is superior. One large pizza fed three adults with some left over. I loved the chicken Alfredo. Cheese bread is also good!

I had an issue with my order. The gentleman at the counter heard me out and fixed my issue with no problems. Best pizza in town, and fantastic service.

Too many slices, so they were ultra tiny and not enough sauce

Ordered pizza and a pasta from one of the best, well maybe not anymore!
Forte was absolutley a shocking disappointment for the first and second piece we both had, if you like a veggie pizza then Bravo, if you like a lot of dough then Bravo.
But there was such a lack of meat it was honestly ridiculous and the pasta had lots of noodles and cheese but save your money folks, it wasn't worth opening the lid.
Come on people your one of the best please don't sacrifice your rep on quality and cost
