I used to love coming here when Kim owned it. I recently visited since under new ownership. I’m sad to say the food quality has really gone down. The Mexican wrap that used to be so flavourful was 80% rice inside, the beans tasted a bit sour (not fresh) and there was no salsa or sour cream. Yam slices were small and not tasty. The breakfast cookie used to be my favourite, but it is now drier, with mostly choc chips (used to be thick, have seeds dried fruit and fruit purée in it). I’m disappointed, so will be going to Cariboo cafe for healthy tasty lunches from now on.

Every time I'm here from Germany visiting my sister in W.L. I go to the Smoothie Bar and I love this place ♡ and the fresh and healthy food; especially the "Snowballs", the "What's up, Doc?" (juice) and the Chickpea Salad, which I tried a few times ;-) : so yummy and delicious ♡. I hopefully will be back in December and I'll try the wrap and some other Smoothies, too :) Nice and kind staff there too and a super smelling toilet ;-)
