Got an oat misto late this afternoon. The barista rung it in as a misto with regular milk. Took me a bit to realize it was regular milk, and by that time I had a full on lactose attack. My stomach hurts, and it’s causing me a lot of issues this evening, as I have IBS, and I cannot tolerate lactose. It wasn’t the person who made it, because the drink just said a regular misto, and not an oat misto that the guy was supposed to ring in. We talked about oat milk beforehand so I’m really annoyed that he rung in the wrong drink because a simple mistake has now ruined my evening because of how much my stomach hurts.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the employees and the lack of communication. Just because a drink takes a little longer doesn’t mean you don’t make it I waited 25 minutes watching the barista make other customers drinks all because they were “easier” to handle

With so much change over in staff it just feels like your a number, but they know your name "next"..... it has become acceptable to just fill the order, no customer acknowledgement. I am in The Service business, it's tough.

The staff are very friendly and fast at making the beverages. My last grande, I took a sip and noticed it didn't seem full. I opened the lid to realize it was half full. (second photo) I now order grande in a venti cup and it's a perfect grande size. (First picture) Haven't had an issue with my coffee other than that, which is wonderful.

I guess mobile orders and drive through our priority..... walk ins can pound sand. Waited 20 minutes and gave up. Done with this location.

Disappointed as the drive-thru is often closed along with their doordash feature. Only option is to go in and wait for long periods of time.

25 minutes wait for one coffee drink is stupid. I had a toddler with me who was not happy sitting and waiting for that long. I've never had a Starbucks order take longer than 10 minutes in any other location, no matter how busy it is. I have worked as a barista, I know it can take time to make drinks, but if you can't make one simple coffee in less than 15 minutes, get more staff or train them to move their butts way faster. I will not be back again.
