I don’t usually complain but as I’m sitting here patiently waiting for my decaf latte inside I guess I have time to. I just don’t understand this, there was no one else in front of me waiting for a drink, there were some people going through the drive through so they obviously helped those people first. The store was literally dead up until I left but I waited almost 15 minutes inside to get a simple drink, I feel like the ratio could be better to help in store customers.

Starbucks is Starbucks but this location seems to be the worst for service on a consistent basis. I’ve waited over 5 minutes in line when I’m the only one in store, then another 15 minutes for my drink. The wait time is constantly long. I am currently in the drive through and have waited 15 minutes before ordering with 4 vehicles in front of me.

I got a mango dragon fruit with coconut milk from here and the milk tasted moldy and rotten, me and my daughter got food poisoning from it. Our stomachs are hurting, usually the drinks are good but not today.

I came to this Starbucks today located in Williams Lake. Absolutely horrible experience, first of all it took them almost ten minutes to even take my order. I waited 40 minutes for my drink(I understand it’s holiday season) but when I finally received my drink it was completely wrong, missing 4/6 things I asked for in it. The man making drinks remade my drink 3 times with me showing him exactly what the drink was supposed to be, got it wrong every time. I now am sitting here with a cup of pretty much just milk and caramel drizzle. I was charged $8 for this drink missing most of its ingredients. I have never had such a horrible experience at this Starbucks or any Starbucks. (Picture of my drink and what I showed them included)

Walked in ready for my afternoon pick-me-up and was told it would be a 30-minute wait. Thirty. Minutes. Meanwhile, three employees were behind the counter and only ONE was making drinks. The other two were just... standing there giving nothing. No urgency, no jumping in to help, just vibes and chaos. I didn't wait—life's too short and my time is too valuable. Get it together, besties.
