Only one person working, which is not only unsafe for the staff but creates terrible customer service! It was 10 minutes before he could start making my order and there was only a Door Dash order in front of me.

We go to Subway once a week for dinner, and most often, we're greeted by Jass! What an amazing girl! She remembers us, knows what we want and we can almost just let her do her thing as we know she's going to get it all right. She's very efficient, polite and is always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jass for your wonderful customer service. This is why we keep coming back.

My food is always made correctly and done with care, the employee is always friendly and kind, but when I go, there is never more than one person working. I typically get dinner once a week for my family either Friday or Saturday after work, around dinner time. These are probably some of the busiest times for any restaurant and only having one employee working really slows down service. I typically order online ahead of time, but I've seen multiple people walk out after waiting for 5 minutes or more with no movement in the line. The employee is working as swiftly as possible, but there's only so much that can happen with only one person working. I've also noticed that even though it's a relatively newer building, there are small repairs all around the store that are done with masking tape or scotch tape. I enjoy my sandwich when I get it, but I'd definitely order ahead and not chance having to stand around and wait 15 minutes because there are 2 people in front of you.

Awful customer experience. With many negative factors:-Dirty tables (not the first time at this subway that tables have been very dirty)-the employee didn’t bother to change her gloves after going to the back to get sandwich meat-cucumbers were frozen and slimy-lettuce also frozen and manky-no ice for the fountain pop and no refund after finding out they didn’t have ice.-would not accept my gift card and told me it expired (purchased it 2 weeks prior and had not used it)Really terrible service and especially poor quality of “fresh” food.

I come here a bit for lunch for work the next day, the employees are quite friendly and make small talk which I appreciate, they work fast and do a great job along with being patient with you so they deserve every tip they get and this 5 star review

Ive been here twice in the last month on business. Both Pranav and Alen have been working. I've been doing my paperwork in the restaurant and its refreshing to see how they interact with customers. They're both very calm and respectful while working very efficiently all day. From an employers perspective these guys are gold. If the boss man is reading this go give your boys a pat on the back!

Personal preparing food wear mask under the chin, with mouth and nose completely exposed.They state there is no difference. Had to refuse food and go somewhere else.

It's subway, you already know if you like this sandwich fast food or not. The most important part is the staff and the people working here have always been very nice to me.

One person on shift. Expected to still get a decent sandwich made. But somehow it came to me very soggy like it had been dunked underwater. I'm actually nervouse to eat it. I was deeply upset. And now the establishment won't pick up to hear my complaint. Small sorry would be nice. Beware always get your copy of receipt.
