I ordered on app and these people made a completely different sandwich for me i didnt even order what they made and moreover whatever sandwich they tried to make it has no sort of sauce in it i got only vegie in a foot long . The worst staff in this location all over the world . I had no choice but to have it because i am on route to my hometown at at12 hour journey . Felt terrible though dont recommed going here

Yesterday, I ordered a Veggie Delight Salad Bowl from the store and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, they misplaced my order. The staff member mentioned that someone else had taken my order, which left me confused and frustrated—how is it possible for someone to take the wrong order, and whose responsibility is it to ensure this doesn't happen?
Then, as she started preparing my bowl, she didn’t change her gloves, which was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. To make matters worse, when I started eating my bowl during lunch, I realized there wasn't any brown rice or chimichurri, even though I paid extra for them. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, and despite leaving a tip, the service continues to be subpar. This experience has pushed me to write this review. I expect much better service for the price I paid. I wish Google would implement a zero-star review policy for services like this

What an abysmal experience. Was not thrilled when my significant other received this portion of food for $16 + tax!!! Rice bowl should’ve never been added as one of their options. Quite disappointed in their customer service as they dismissed it. No resolution. Unsatisfied, won’t be returning.

I came to store at around 11.30am on November 5, 2024. I saw a girl serving without uniform and was not even wearing shoes. She was so loud with co-workers and was doing conversations in her own language. Felt so rude and very unprofessional, I might complaint this to worksafe to investigate more in this store and I won’t be coming to this store ever.

The lady just puts a glob of pizza sauce on my pizza sub, instead of having it spread nicely. I ordered toasted, she did that. Then, my sub just sat there after she took it out of the toaster while she continued on helping the lineup. There was a worker in the kitchen who didn't bother to help until my sub got cold. There was another who just continued in wiping chairs and tables down, instead of helping. Worst service ever. The sub sucked.

Picked up the dinner and we ordered it almost an hour before on call. Food was cold and soggy as it was prepared right away! Bad customer service by the store employee girl she was not even in the restaurant uniform. She behaved like she forced to take our order.

Very Bad service ; Called an hour ago before actual pickup and food was cold as it was prepared right after the call. She told us to pickup exact in an hour as they have to close the store early because it was not busy and she prepared our order right away it was soggy ! The Girl who completed the order was not even dressed in Subway uniform.
