Is this the Tim Hortons of your childhood? Everything went seriously downhill, especially food and service, since 2022. Food is slapped together and smushed into the greasy bags, and staff rush you through saying “next customer!” as they thrust the almost-full, gritty coffee at you.

Hello dear I get French vanilla from Tim Hortons today from the drive thru and I said that I need slip of the Tim Hortons survey then the ladies told me that slip is not print why but if I order the food the slip is right way printing from the print machine I don’t know why she did not give me and morning ladies are not good behaviour with customer every day ladies did not give me

Not impressed took some clients there for tea, used rewards for a free tea and needed cold water to cool the tea off for a client and they charged me for tap water…. Ridiculous
