The filthiest bathroom I've ever been in, mediocre service and food. Will not go back based solely on the lack of cleanliness disgusting.

I was there in the morning to get a wrap and a tea. My tea was not hot so I told them. They first took it back and someone else came and said its because I ordered it with triple cream. But i always order it like this. They seemed annoyed because I complained for the drink i paid for in full. They came in lfew seconds and gave me the tea which seems like the same tea just went through microwave and so hot that it burned my tongue. What kind of customer service is this? In the past, i usually ignore any such things but this is not acceptable at all.

No paper towel or toilet paper in the washrooms. The front end was alerted and took no action, would not give any out so the public could replenish the restrooms. Yes it was busy however giving supplies to an adult would have been better than no action.

If i could give zero stars i would. Every time I went there it was horrible. Dirty tables, with 12 employees running around the counter doing nothing. A biscuit sandwich i got tasted moldy and bacon tasted sour. This Timmy's used to be a really great place to get anything from there. Now I avoid going to the one on the highway and some times go to the one in town.

I really had bad experiences with this place. Ordered 2 ice coffees and they made the worst coffee I ever had in Tim Hortons…. Never going back to this place again. Such a disgusting experience.

Absolute joke of an establishment, disrespectful staff who act like everyone coming in is an inconvenience. Food and drinks take forever and they never have anyone at the tills. They like stirring drinks with their fingers and have dropped food and still served it. Do not come here.

I have been going to the highway location for years now. It’s my first stop before heading to work in the morning, and I like knowing that even though the drive through line is all the way back to the A&W, that the drive through employees are going to absolutely crush that line in less than five minutes! This is the busiest Tim Hortons that I’ve ever been to. The employees here are super friendly and always greet you with a smile :)
Alway enjoy friendly service when I grab my tea before work. The fast drive thru is appreciated.

These new girls at the drive thru get them a smile. No greeting, nothing. Just give a dead look into your face as if somebody has forced them to stand there. Moreover, we aren’t even finished ordering and they just cut you off while ordering. The same dialogue “is it everything?” After every single item. Come on guys! Like go get yourself some basic customer service manners.

Was unnecessarily rushed at the drive through while looking for my payment app after scanning my card with the Tim Hortons app. Because it took a couple Moments, I was asked to come inside to pay and was told they had a long lineup behind me to get through. There was ONE vehicle behind me!!!! Will never come back.
