⭐☆☆☆☆ The counters and tables were filthy when I arrived. When I got my food, the cheese was cold and hard, and they completely missed one of the burgers I ordered. When I brought it up, the manager argued with me instead of just fixing the issue. Terrible experience — definitely won’t be coming back.

This happened the evening of September 1st. I came through on a long journey and caught them just before they closed. I was unaware of this. The burger was heated up in a microwave and the fries were scraped from the very bottom of the trough they were all a bunch of small extra salty crispy cold fries. The drink was not the drink I ordered. It was some kind of a cherry Coke or Pepsi. I ordered a regular Coke. These guys should be fired immediately. He asked me to move off the pad so his service time doesn't go over 11 o'clock. They were obviously desperate to get out of there. If service closes at 11, then the workers should be made to stay at least half an hour longer. We used to like coming to your location, but I regret that I'll be going to A&W from now on because of how disgusting that burger was. Warm lettuce in a burger is so nasty and the bun was hotter than the patty! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Shame on you, Fire those dirty workers have some self respect

I usually go to this location whenever I'm in Williams lake but will not be returning as every time I go there they mess up our order every time and we do not live locally and aren't you on your way home? By the time we find out there's a mistake.
