Garbage cans over full, no condiments on the condiment counter, 80% of pop not available. Got a frosty with frosty spilling out of it the girl couldn't get the top on it properly and handed me a cup with frosty all over it and spilling out what the heck no one there cares about thier job.

Male Management is very ignorant to customers and staff. Male Management took my order the last time I went there and when I got home the burgers were not made as requested. The continuous attitude received by Male Management and the front male staff is unacceptable towards customers and towards the female staff. I have come here since the opening, the Male Management and front male staff treatment to customers and female staff have gotten worse.*****All the female staff are always very pleasant to deal with. *****

So they started out good when they first opened but now it has gone down hill. They keep messing up my order. Three times now I have been shorted chicken nuggets. We order 10 pc and only get 9. Apparently whoever fills the order cannot count to 10. I try to check the order in the car before we leave town, but it is hard to pull all the nuggets out and count them. At this point they owe me money. When you pay for something and don't get it or don't get the amount you are charged for, it is called theft. I tried calling to complain and they won't answer their phone. Why am I not surprised.

My husband and I stopped for lunch and ordered the bacon poutine and the portabella burger combo both were absolutely terrible the burger was under cook and I didn't see any mushroom in it the pop he got as well tasted like cough syrup,the cheese on the poutine was not melted the bacon was not chopped up and the gravy was too salty we will never eat their again hopefully no one ever gets food poisoning would highly not recommend going.

I like the food. The food itself is one thing I haven't had a problem with yet.The parking is nearly impossible to be able to dine in. Why would they have it so there are only 8 parking spots, including the one employees use? The other side of the parking lot is not allowed to be used, as it's "Liquor store parking".Sometimes the customer service is iffy, sometimes it's great. I have had both good and bad on that front. I have had my order wrong a few times, but have enjoyed the meals when the orders were right. The times service has been bad, it has been BAD, where it seems like no one on at the time knew what they were doing, or didn't care enough to bother. I have had more good service than bad, but just something that might be helpful to know.The one time I was actually able to dine in it was decent, but I wouldn't say the atmosphere was special compared to anywhere else.
