We stopped at this small bakery in Ymir, BC, recommended to us by our waitress at the Hume Hotel. Though no gluten-free breads were sold, my husband LOVED everything we purchased. Fresh baked, it was so delicious!

The baker we met was a friendly fellow. The food was healthier than usual for a bakery (simple ingredients, less or no sugar in the pie filling, thin crust loads of vegetables and herbs on the pizza) while remaining delicious. We can vouch for the pizza, brownies, sour dough, and pie!Note: cash only; bring extra, you may buy more than you planned if you go hungry.Overall: would recommend and we will be back.
