Bojangles Planning NYC Return with 20 Locations
After nearly forty years away, Bojangles is bringing its buttermilk biscuits back to the Big Apple. The Southern fried chicken chain announced a deal with franchisee Habib Hashimi and Hashimi Holding Corporation to open 20 restaurants across New York City over the next decade. Construction is already underway in Brooklyn's East Flatbush neighborhood, with the first location expected to open this winter.

Bojangles is bringing its famous "Southern Charm" to the Valley in a big way. The popular chicken chain announced plans to open 20 new locations in the Phoenix area. "With the consumer demand for chicken at an all-time high, there has never been a better time to be in the segment," said Jim Cannon, Bojangles' chief development officer. "Our new boneless platform has resonated strongly in each new market we enter."
