“Yum! Had EJ’s at Secret Trail a few times. Always great. I’ve had the shrimp burrito and veggie burrito. I lived in San Diego for a long time and if this truck were there, it would STILL be my go-to burrito place. I feel really lucky that they are In Chico. Also, the people working here are always really nice. Tip: Might want to split a burrito with someone, it’s a ton of food.“

“I would’ve take a picture a picture of my Kalbi plate but I finished it before I could take the photo! HIDDEN GEM!! Great customer service, prices are reasonable, and the food is absolutely amazing! I’ve been trying to find a place that serves Kalbi since moving here, and this food truck did not disappoint. The meat was so flavorful and the portion size was spot on. I also ordered the egg rolls and they were so tasty with the sauce! Will be going back for sure! My husband was mad I didn’t grab him a plate lol! Next time for sure!“

“Meat was flavorful! (Had chicken, al pastor and asada.) Prices were great! A little over $27 for 3 tacos, 2 supreme burritos and a torta. Just wished there was guacamole in the supreme burritos. Overall, would definitely recommend and will be back to support.“

“New location in the parking lot of Spike's Bottle Shop(1270 East First Street at the intersection of Village Lane, caddy corner from In Motion Fitness). Hence the three stars for atmosphere. It is just a liquor store parking lot, but what food truck has nice atmosphere? None I have ever been to.Great food with reasonable prices.I like everything I have tried, which is most of the menu. My go-to is the chicken wrap. The gyro quesadilla is really good, too. It is listed as an appetizer, but it is a large and filling quesadilla.The burgers are also very good, but they have a Mediterranean flavor, so don't expect the typical taste of your standard American burger.The chicken sandwich is dark meat, which I prefer, but I think it is worth noting so people do not expect the standard white meat chicken patty.As far as I can tell, there is only one person who works there(the owner), and he makes everything fresh to order, so I recommend calling your order in ahead of time. It will take 15-20 minutes(or more if you order a lot and/or they are really busy) to be ready. I see this as a plus. Most food trucks have everything premade and simply assemble ingredients instead of making it for you when ordered. I have watched him meticulously plating food with great care. It is clear he takes a lot pride in his cuisine and cares for the customer's satisfaction immensely.The owner is always very polite and friendly and has a very warm and welcoming smile.Solid Five Star food truck, and some of the best food I have had in Chico.I have recommended it to every one I work with. Several people have tried it and they all love it.Don't miss out on this gem of a food truck!
