“I love this place. Great food, great beer selection, and staff is amazing. They dont advertise as a German place or Bierhaus, but there's definitely a German influence. Currywurst isn't bad, potato salad is amazing, great burgers, sausage plates, and sandwiches. This is always one of my go-to spots in Chico.“

“Didn't really receive a warm welcome from the person behind the bar who was also responsible for taking orders. She seemed a bit stressed out. We took it upon ourselves to find menus and find a table, but then still had to go back up to the bar to ask for service. Food and ambiance was great. But the person behind the bar responsible for taking orders seemed like she was bothered to be there. The waitstaff, however, was great.“
