“I am so thrilled to have this bakery here in town. I have been here multiple times now and everything I have ever bought has been just delicious. You would never know everything is gluten-free because it is tasty and has a great texture. Their passion fruit tart is one of my absolute favorites. Their focaccia cheesy breads are one of my new favorite thing ever. I've tried both the squash and pepper one. And they are both just so delicious. I absolutely love this bakery and I'm so thankful it's here. Would absolutely recommend it 1000 times over. ❤️❤️“

Unfortunately they don't always make some of my son's favorites so it is hit ir miss. This is the best place to buy bouillon as they are soft inside and crusty on the outside. The only reason I did not give them four stars is because the cashier NEVER says please or thank you... we aren't getting the bread for free so manners are appreciated.“

“Yesterday was our first time trying this bakery. We ordered our, La Rosca de Reyes, from them. It was filled with I believe, strawberry and pineapple filling. The bread was very soft and delicious. We look forward to trying out their other pastries but I will share that we were disappointed in the fact that our Rosca lacked the baby Jesus figurines. It made for a great time and many jokes but hopefully in the future this won't happen again… what would be the odds in that, right? lol We look forward to going back and enjoying other pastries in the future.Yesterday was our first time trying this bakery. We ordered ours, La Rosca de Reyes, from here. The Rosca came filled with strawberries and pineapple and was very delicious. The only bad thing was that the bakery forgot to put the Jesus monkeys. I hope this doesn't happen again in the future, but we did have fun with lots of jokes about the situation. We hope to return and try other breads in the future.“

I was able to get 4 different designs for my dozen cookies and they came out exactly like my inspiration photo! They close on Sundays and Holidays, missed their coffee on NYE and New Years day but I understand. I went to the "standard" cafe in Clovis the morning I was leaving Fresno and it was also excellent. Great business, great people, and great service.“
