If I could give AH Carbon 20 stars, I would. This is hands down the BEST taco truck in Fresno, and honestly one of the best places to eat anywhere.

The meat is absolutely incredible—perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste in every bite. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Every taco is a masterpiece.

The soups are straight-up legendary. Rich, flavorful, comforting, and loaded with quality ingredients. If you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out on one of Fresno's hidden treasures.

The vegetables were unbelievably fresh and they had plenty of options. Everything tasted crisp, clean, and high quality. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Every ingredient worked together perfectly.

And then there's the salsa... WOW. The salsa deserves its own award. Fresh, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of kick. I found myself putting it on everything because it was that good.

What really sets AH Carbon apart is the consistency. Every visit delivers amazing food, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. This place doesn't just meet expectations—it completely blows them away.

If you're in Fresno and haven't eaten at AH Carbon yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. This taco truck is a local gem and deserves all the recognition it can get.

“Stopped by Carl’s Jr. around noon for lunch, and overall it was a really solid experience. When we walked in, there was only one guest dining inside and no line at the counter, even though the drive-thru was clearly busy.

The restaurant itself was very clean and organized, which always makes a difference. We came in needing to use the restroom and to order at the counter. The restrooms are locked, so you do have to ask for a key, but once inside, the women’s restroom had two stalls and was very clean. There was a slight odor, likely from the plumbing, but nothing overwhelming.

We dined in, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the fried zucchini, and it was fresh and hot, which is always a win. The burgers were well-made and looked great.

One thing that made the visit even better—we used the Carl’s Jr. app and were able to redeem points for a free Famous Star meal, which was a nice added bonus.

The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of parking, even during the lunch rush. Even though most people were going through the drive-thru, the inside was calm and easy.

We’ve been here a couple of times now, and each visit has been consistently pleasant. Definitely a great, easy stop—we’ll keep coming back.”

“This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience.

Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it.

The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better.

One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed.

I’ve been to probably 30 different In-N-Out locations across California over the years, and this one absolutely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Consistently good food, consistently good service, and overall just a dependable spot. I’m glad this location is close by.”

I bought a three piece meal it came with a wing, two thighs a honey biscuit with mashed potatoes and gravy for $ 9,99. It tasted better that KFC and the pieces of chicken were bigger and not fried too hard like at Popeyes. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a slight hint of red pepper spice but not over bearing. It was perfect. The regular sides are larger than KFC or Popeyes and the honey biscuit was delicious. I am a fan and will be going back soon , It was perfectly cooked and had bigger pieces of chicken. Not at all too greasy. Located in the City of Fresno next to the gas station on First and Gettysburg Avenues”
