The food is reasonably priced, for the amount of food that you get. The food is delicious every time. Everything on the menu is delicious! I would highly recommend the Breakfast House. They make the best Belgian waffles in town and they use fresh strawberries, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar dust! The bacon is crispy and savory and the eggs are fluffy and rich. The crepe eggs Florentine were delicious as well! They also have a full bar, so you can enjoy a mimosa with your brunch!”

But my husband's chicken was dry and overcooked. 4 stars was mainly because the the person plating someone's food only rinsed his hands, no soap, just water and very briefly. Most people don't care about stuff like that, but it matters to me.”

We both had filets and baked potatoes, which were excellent, done to perfection, and the steaks were deserving of the term "melt in your mouth."”

“Some of the best food you’ll find in Fresno it’s a Galactic at best the fresh fish, the joint the fried green tomatoes, the meatloaf, the fried chicken the smothered pork chops are all over the top the greens potato salad, mac & cheese sweet potatoes, string beans some of the best side you’ll ever have This is a restaurant that serves brilliant well executed very flavorful food. The owner Chef Paul is beyond reproach when it comes to cooking technique he’s one of the very best in the San Joaquin Valley. In my opinion he rates right up there with the owner of the ripe tomato Rudy Paul does not get any better. You want good food you want solid food you want tasty food you come to this restaurant.”

There's something else about this place it's more about the owners and their character. There was a time an individual a disabled woman came into their restaurant and it was a hot day, but she was filling up a large cup with soda and ice and was helping herself without paying she wasn't thinking of anything wrong but when the owner asked her what she was doing without hesitation like a small child she said I'm getting me some soda he said next time you ask okay next time you ask. He didn't make a scene and tell her not to come back he let her finish filling up the cup and let her leave. It was not what he said it was how he said it was more or less how he said it that touched me. He looked at her with compassion and and notice she didn't mean no harm but let her be aware she needs to ask before helping herself and that's what kind of business owner we need in Fresno community owner operation we need in Fresno community.. He wasn't looking for an audience or a reward of some sort, he was being a compassionate human being.”

Our server Ashley was simply amazing. She was very personable and informative. She had an awesome personality as well.
The one thing we couldn't understand was how they priced their beer. They offer pints, pub glasses and half yards. It really surprised us that the half yards (which are the biggest) were the most expensive by the ounze. It's better to get 2 pub glasses.”
