At almost 2pm they ran out of carnitas they just had the other pork parts. I still ordered. The plate comes with so much food I will go back again and take a picture. I got home and separated everything so it was not pictured worthy. My plate was $19 dollars feeds two. It is delicious worth the wait!
The ordering is confusing you don’t know where the line starts. I had to ask and it took 30mins. I feel like they should have a doorman who separates who eats inside or who gets to go.”

“This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience.
Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it.
The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better.
One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed.
I’ve been to probably 30 different In-N-Out locations across California over the years, and this one absolutely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Consistently good food, consistently good service, and overall just a dependable spot. I’m glad this location is close by.”

Went here with our travel group of 9. Everyone really liked their food with one exception. Two people got the sliders and said they were thin and a little over done. The rest really enjoyed food ranging from Ahi Salad, California stack, grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup and a few others.
Our server Ashley was simply amazing. She was very personable and informative. She had an awesome personality as well.
The one thing we couldn't understand was how they priced their beer. They offer pints, pub glasses and half yards. It really surprised us that the half yards (which are the biggest) were the most expensive by the ounze. It's better to get 2 pub glasses.”

“As far as service goes, I've been to Michelin restaurants, super ritzy restaurants, out of the country places, and I've never had better service than at Parma. You can't beat it here. They are so professional and wouldn't let my drink get halfway before refilling it. The owner came by and chatted with us which was nice.
My wife's dish was ok, but we loved my lasagna. We got the appetizer sampler and everything was fresh with good ingredients. The desserts we tried were also ok. Foodwise it's a 4/5 here.
