Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Fresno

“I absolutely have to recognize the Popeyes team on Shaw Avenue near Fresno State!

I stopped in around lunchtime a few days ago, and from what I could see, this team was handling a very busy period with multiple orders coming in. What stood out to me was not simply the food for my experience this time, it was the professionalism, manners, respect, teamwork, and leadership happening behind the scenes.

The young lady assisting customers was amazing. Even while the team was working hard, I could hear managers and team leads communicating, motivating one another, stepping in where needed, and making sure orders were being prepared fresh and with quality in mind. My food came out fresh and was great as well.

As someone who understands the importance of supporting people and building stronger communities, I truly appreciated what I witnessed. There are good days and challenging days in every workplace; however, the teamwork I saw that day deserves recognition. There was discipline and structure while still maintaining personality, encouragement, and positive energy. The leaders were not simply directing, they were working alongside their team and motivating everyone to keep going.

I was having a day of my own when I walked in, and unexpectedly, seeing that teamwork lifted my spirits. Sometimes we do not realize how much our attitude, kindness, and work ethic can positively affect someone else.

To the team members, team leads, supervisors, and managers working that shift: you all deserve recognition—and some raises! 😊 Keep encouraging one another and keep growing. Great things start with how we handle the small moments, because those are the same qualities we carry with us as we grow into something bigger.

Excellent teamwork, excellent leadership, fresh food, and an uplifting atmosphere. It was absolutely amazing to witness. Keep aspiring to greatness!

“Since the new ownership took over I have been very pleased. I have always liked Popeyes food, but would frequently avoid going before due to terrible service and wait times. Now I have been by 3 different times and all quick and positive experiences in the dining area.“

“My chicken breast was dry! This was probably a piece of chicken from hours earlier. Since I am paying $.50 extra for mac n cheese, then I expect some to be in the container. I had more container than mac n cheese. My coleslaw was filled to the brim.“

“Well, I just came through the drive thru and ordered stuff. Got to the window then they told us to wait in the parking lot. Typical fast food things yknow at least they shown up there to work. They're good workers trying their best during these somewhat uncertain times. I feel it. The wait was almost 30 minutes, I thought they forgot about me for a second. But I just relaxed because it was a choice to come here. And they ended up getting my order right! And I think they just had to kill the chicken first they had to chase them down. But it worked out in the end because my fat ass can't make food at home like this. Good job! You all tried and as per usual, did exceptionally well!“
