“I had a mixup on my order and called store on cedar & shaw manager mike answered & was very apologetic & wrote my name down so that i can go back to get my order right, took me 2 days to go back as i live quite far from this store. i finally had time to go back & mike was there at the counter i told him i was there for a remake he apologized once again & offered me a drink while i wait for my food. Thanks mike for taking care of me your a great manager the food here is always great no matter if its far for me i still come to this store despite having one near me. This my favorite popeyes“
“My chicken breast was dry! This was probably a piece of chicken from hours earlier. Since I am paying $.50 extra for mac n cheese, then I expect some to be in the container. I had more container than mac n cheese. My coleslaw was filled to the brim.“
“Came in yesterday for my lunch, they were a little packed so I asked James if he could push my order since I had to go out to work again soon and he did great service just a little cramped in the front end from doordashers blocking the entire counter essentially.“
“It gets so packed, that the wait is long especially in the evening. The food is good, it just the waiting makes you want go somewhere else. It gets really hot in there as well, so if you don't mind waiting and the heat you'll be fine.“
