“This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience.

Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it.

The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better.

One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed.

“Walking in first impression was, wow they are so welcoming. It is so refreshing to finally walk into a restraunt that actually have staff that was inviting and not in a overly powerful way (this is coming from an introvert).

Don't be fooled by the look of the food. It is humble looking but definitely delicious. I sat there thinking, I know this kind of taste. It is not generic like so many other japanese restraunts in America. It was a pleasent and nostalgic taste that took me back to Japan where I walked into an establishment that has been there for years serving their community with their wonderfully made food. In other words, if you are looking for an experience like Goro Inogashira in the tv series: Solitary Gourmet, this is the perfect place. Taste like I'm back in Japan.

The high rating on google for a small establishment is usually a hit or miss but NOT for this restraunt. A 4.7☆ with over 300+ reviews hits the mark on this. I will surely be back for more. The yakisoba is a must!

While waiting for my food they served to other guests soft serve that had to have been a foot tall above the cone itself!!! “6/7/2026 They were about to close. Ordered 2 beef gyro to go. Give those 2 employees a raise please. They literally cooked and smiled and I love their banter as I can hear them in the back. Love the fact that they were still joking and laughing at each other after a long busy day and still accommodated me. The food came super fast and the place is clean. Food was so good. But you know what makes a restaurant fabulous the employee and those 2 the cook and the cashier absolutely made me smile tho I wasnt part of the conversation lol. “Stopped by Carl’s Jr. around noon for lunch, and overall it was a really solid experience. When we walked in, there was only one guest dining inside and no line at the counter, even though the drive-thru was clearly busy.

The restaurant itself was very clean and organized, which always makes a difference. We came in needing to use the restroom and to order at the counter. The restrooms are locked, so you do have to ask for a key, but once inside, the women’s restroom had two stalls and was very clean. There was a slight odor, likely from the plumbing, but nothing overwhelming.

We dined in, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the fried zucchini, and it was fresh and hot, which is always a win. The burgers were well-made and looked great.

One thing that made the visit even better—we used the Carl’s Jr. app and were able to redeem points for a free Famous Star meal, which was a nice added bonus.

The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of parking, even during the lunch rush. Even though most people were going through the drive-thru, the inside was calm and easy.
