“This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience.

Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it.

The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better.

One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed.

While waiting for my food they served to other guests soft serve that had to have been a foot tall above the cone itself!!! We really enjoyed Dab Tacos! I ordered the birria ramen, and it was delicious—perfectly spicy with plenty of flavorful, tender birria. It also came with two perfectly crispy corn tortillas, which were a great addition.

The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but there was plenty of seating. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with a live DJ on Saturday evening, TV showing different sporting events, and a fun vibe.
